I had a hot water heater improperly installed by a previous company. Goode plumbing did an amazing job fixing the installation. They made sure I was informed of what the work would entail, and since the job entailed running new gas piping, worked with me to find a minimally invasive path to the water heater. I highly recommend Goode plumbing and will be using them in the future!

José arrived early (after checking I was available). He reviewed the job, provided a cost, left for about 40 minutes for parts and returned to complete the job, for a total time of 2-3 hours. José appeared to be skilled at the work, acted professionally and cleaned up afterwards.
Job was to replace a section of pipe under the sink for a total cost $375.

We used Loves for a leak in a pipe that was causing damage in our living room. I can’t say enough great things about the work that was completed. Our phone call was quickly responded to on a Saturday. He answered all our questions and explained as he worked. He protected all the surface areas in the work area and cleaned up after he completed the job. He was thorough and tested and retested until he was sure the problem was fixed. Would highly recommend this company. They are very professional, clean, respectful, and reasonably priced. They arrive on time, I mentioned I had pets and they were mindful to keep doors closed when coming in and out. They are also great with dealing with older homes and older equipment. I've used them many times and would recommend them.

The team at Avantel Plumbing recently installed a new backflow preventer in my home and I couldn't be happier with their work. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and left the work area clean. I would definitely use their services again.

There could be a little bit more organization they don't keep videos on file so make sure you get a copy. I had to have them come out and check on my sewer lines that they had scoped for me about nine months ago. They just showed up, luckily I was there. The guys that got there, it was almost like they were prepared for a battle with me or something... Maybe they were just busy and a little short, either way the rest of the job went similarly till the end where I was accused of accusing them of something which I never did, obviously some sort of miscommunication. At the end of the day, the work got done, I was happy enough - if you want to try to understand the process, I don't think one of the guys I got really liked to be asked questions about the process, I'm sure your experience may differ from mine. I had ended up getting a hydro jet and they cleared out another line for me. I would call them again, like I said the experience I received was a little odd but nothing out of the ordinary for contractors these days 3.5 stars will give them 4
