Would recommend Jan to anyone in need of a plumber. Great attitude and very good at what he does. He went above and beyond while replacing our hot water heater and even followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure everything was working properly.

The plumbing repair required two visits, but Ian was capable and courteous. He added shoe covers just before entering our condo then located the problem, explained the problem and what he would need to do.With two bathrooms and a laundry room we have used Goode for a number of plumbing repairs and plan on continuing to use their service.

Excellent experience. Edwin was very responsive (same day), friendly and courteous. He spent almost a full day replacing piping that was leaking and in need of replacing. I would definitely call again with any plumbing issues.

Not only that but, again, his is polite, respectful and educates you fully about his findings. He doesn't push or sell; just gives you all your options. I haven't come across a business with such a personal feel in years. Will call Matt every time from here on out. No need to call around.

I contacted PSP regarding an issue with my sump pump. Pablo was able to arrive the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and also clearly cares about the work that he does. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me a few suggestions to help prevent problems in the future. He also left the work area clean an tidy, which was much appreciated. Definitely recommended!

During this frigid cold weather, W&W Plumbing was a lifesaver for my mom who lives in a senior community and needed a gas leak repaired so that her gas could be turned back on. I called Mike about my kitchen sink being clogged. He arrived expeditiously and power rodded the drain and cleaned out the sink itself. I had thought that my garbage disposal may need to be replaced, but he inspected it and told me it was fine. He didn't try to sell me a garbage disposal that I didn't need. I appreciate that very much.

Dave was very professional and explained to me what caused the problem and how to prevent future problems. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Incredible service and unbeatable price. I've been a homeowner for 40 years (three different places), and rank Garrity among the best providers I've experienced. He installed a new water heater for much less than the competition, did it professionally, with excellent communication, and everything as explained up front. I couldn't be more pleased (and impressed).

After a couple of weeks being strung along by another plumbing company, I gave Karla at Drain Works a call and they were able to get us on the schedule so quickly for some time sensitive work that I needed done. I wish I would have just called them from the very beginning. Eric and Manny were unbelievably nice and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done in our new home. We had a gas line capped, and also had shut off valves for our washer replaced. Eric explained all of our options, and we really appreciated his honest opinions on the work that we were inquiring about. Eric was also able to give us quotes for some other items that need to be taken care of, and we are looking forward to working with them again in the future. Great value, wonderful people, and super clear when it comes to scheduling which we appreciated so much!! Can't wait to use Drain Works again!

We called for a free estimate, tech came quickly which was wonderful. Gave us a quote to which we agreed to. 30min later tech tells us that we have a hard block and is unable to do the job for the agreed price but but still has to collect half of the agreed quote. This place is a complete scam. If its an easy fit sure they maybe great but if its something different then quoted they are going to charge you either way a hefty price. I called to complain and ask why this wasn't explained before the tech even came out, I got a very condescending manager who asked me so you think we should work for free? That's not what I said I called to ask why your company isn't transparent with the customers. Bottom line the quote isn't free. You have to pay $185 for it or more depending on your quote, and its not a complete diagnostic. Be aware!!

btw they have an F grade with the BBB. Please don't panic and make the same mistake I did and allow these frauds into your home.
