I have received professional and courteous service twice from this company. Both technicians dispatched to my unit to conduct repairs were knowledgeable and willing to help. Although there were some initial communication impediments, the company worked through them to resolve my issue (gas leaks). I would recommend this group of professionals to my friends/family. First time home owner, called this place late at night since it says 24/7 service. Talked to Henry Wright and explained what was wrong and he told me multiple things that could’ve been wrong. We tested a couple things. I send him pictures and we solved my clogged sump pump. He walked me step by step over the phone. He knew exactly what he was talking about. Definitely recommend Henry Wright.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike or call him for another issue. I called Mike about our bathtub (we live in an older condo building), which suddenly wouldn’t drain and had standing water. I couldn’t find another plumber to come out within the day, but Mike didn’t hesitate - he actually got to us within an hour or two. He fixed a tough clog, and talked me through why it happened and what we could expect in the future. A month later, the tub is still draining perfectly.

This company has truly showed me that there is great service still out there. They came at such a short notice worked around their schedule to install a new water heater after mine gave out and with no hot water this company showed the most compassion and excellent customer service experience I have experienced and being my first time dealing with such an experience...they helped me step by step and made me feel at ease. I am very happy to have met such amazing people whom not only were respectable and price was excellent but they showed them most knowledge and experience that showed through the excellent clean perfect job they did and kindly removed all dirt and garbage and even worked around my dogs cage without hesitation. Professionalism at it best. No hesitation needed these are the guys for you. I will definitely recommend them to all and any!
