Eugene from first Chicago was the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with. He got me quotes quickly, adjusted the invoice as work changed, and kept me informed about progress. The plumbers that he sent out to do the job were extremely professional, explained to me what they were doing, answered any questions I had, and went above and beyond with the plumbing. They worked two very long days. Highly highly recommended. Their pricing was competitive.

Deserves a 5 star rating x1000. John got through 9 years of sewer drain blockage and tree roots and didn’t leave til the job was done. We didn’t know how close we actually were to a full on sewer problem but had already tried renting a snake at Home Depot to unclog it ourselves. Tried and failed, called at least 8 different companies but 24HR is the one that got us through and now I have peace of mind. Will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

Had water backing up in the basement after each heavy rain - Erwin, Robert and Diago did a superb job rotor-rooted the building's pipe to the sewer line, cleaned out the catch basin- basement has been dry ever since - Would recommend them without hesitation!

If you want to burn your money and get hustled, this is the place. Call, they came out for a quote for 900$ to replace 4 valves. Kitchen and bath. 30$ worth of supplies and 870$ in profit.I was not available to meet the plumber and sent my girlfriend. He saw a young clueless lady and Tried to take advantage (of the price of course). Called the owner to discuss the price and when I said I was insulted by the price and he told to go f*#k myself.Real professional hustler.

Excellent Service

Angel and Nikko came through in a big way for me late in the afternoon on a Sunday. They were extremely fast at responding to my afterhours request, showed up immediately, and quickly went to work - saved me (and my neighbor downstairs) from a potentially expensive water damage repair. Hopefully I never have a plumbing issue again, but if I do, Power Plumbing will be my first call and I will ask for Angel and Nikko.

I don't know what kind of stars to give - because they did not come to our house. They said that there would be a charge just for coming to the house without being able to give even a ball park estimate of the cost. I asked to provide a ball park estimate of the cost of rodding a downspout line - and said I wouldn't hold them to it, and they said that they could not even give a ball park estimate over the phone. I can understand wanting to know the situation - but I found services that would come out at zero charge, assess the situation and then give an estimate. Paying $99 to get someone just to show up without having any idea what it might cost after than doesn't make sense to me.

I called today and he came before noon. He wasn't even in my Place for 5mins and he already had unclog the toilet. Before I called I reached out to my property manager maintenance line they came late didn't unclog the toilet and never came back again. It's was truly refreshing having and amazing experience like that. I am so glad I called and I will Send his number to everyone I know

Mike and team saved the day. When calling for an estimate the young lady taking my call was very professional. Mike and team showed up within 24 hours and gave an accurate estimate. They were back the following day on time and saved the day. I had a terrible clog in my basement piping. They were able to fix the problem in an hour. I will definitely recommend their services.

Hiring a plumber is nerve-wracking. Would I get a fair price? Would the work be done right or would it just be a quick fix? It's hard to find good people to work with! Chas came out to quote the cleaning of my catch basin. I had just experienced a clogged sewer that had to be rodded and I used a different company. The other company tried to back me into a corner and get me to commit to some costly repairs when I was in a desperate situation. I told Chas the story and he advised me on all my options. I could say a lot of bad things about the other company, but I will just say that I will call Apex for any future needs. Give them a call!
