Best Emergency Plumber in Chicago IL

We had a great experience with Vince Kovac responding to our plumbing emergency. A clog and flooding from our sink overflowed onto the floor and they responded quickly to our frantic call. Took the time to explain what they were doing and we felt very taken care of. Would definitely look at using their services again

Good reliable dependable respectful I encourage everyone with plumbing issues to listen and review your paperwork their diagnosis if you don’t understand ask questions until you do (advice I now understand in working with them) to resolve my bad testimony! I highly recommend Rescue Plumbing. Had an issue with my shower valve cartridge and they sent out Pete Ismail and his son (who’s apprenticing). They showed up early, tag teamed the job, did great work and fixed the problem. I’ve used rescue before and they were great. Highly recommend them and specifically recommend Pete and Noah.

Very quickly scheduled service and took care of the issues - well actually the plumber balked at fully investigating an issue in the basement which I thought was reasonable, a repair requested by the buyer of the condo and other findings kinda made it not necessary. I was hoping to get their invoice and findings to the buyer quickly so if they did still want it done we'd have plenty of time.

Unfortunately it is now 2+ weeks from the service and have yet to receive the invoice. Called and emailed several times to ask for it, explaining why I need the invoice. They charged my credit card and everything over a week ago.... still no invoice. Today they called and still haven't sent an invoice but tried to charge my credit card a second time for service.... At best this is a really disorganized business at worst they're operating a scam here trying to double charge people. If you did get service from them I'd check your card statements again

Logan and Djenkis were the best! They come over in a hurry, even before the quoted time and worked clean and professionally. Logan was great at explaining the problem and making me feel comfortable. It’s highly important to feel safe when folks come into your home and this team was it. Get these guys a raise! Would recommend many times over!

My bathtub faucet was dripping and needed a cartridge replaced. Logan came out, assessed the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate, and then completed the job.

The final job came in at estimate and the repair completely fixed the problem. I'm very happy with the service provided as well as the communication. I intend to use Rescue Plumbing for any future plumbing projects.

Chicago Plumbing is a very hands on company and the response time is great! Mike has been working with me and he has been very clear and detailed with the issues that he finds. Definitely a company I would recommend to anyone who is in need of a plumber!

John Love (the plumber and owner) was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. We found him on Google bc of his good reviews- decided to give him a try- the reviews are accurate! John showed up on time, communication was clear throughout the process and he immediately found the old rotting pipe within the ceiling of our basement- it was very apparent he has a lot of experience working with older homes just like our 1916 Bungalow. He did a thorough job, kept the basement and work area spotless, even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with his job. We will definitely be using Love’s Plumbing again for our plumbing needs! Very fair pricing and up front about everything

Dennis came out to our house on 2 hours notice to snake some grease from our main sewer line. I found him to be extremely efficient, friendly, and professional. He also shared a lot of his knowledge related to practice measures to take in the future to avoid a repeat emergency. I was extremely please with the service overall and would gladly call him again, although hopefully not under emergent conditions next time!

I can’t say enough about how amazing Henry from Savior plumbing is. We had three pipes burst during this weeks freezing temperatures (week of Christmas 2022). Within 30 minutes of calling, Henry arrived, diagnosed the problem, went to get supplies, and within about an hour, had us back up and running. A day after Christmas, what could have been a complete disaster was saved (pun intended) by Henry. I now have his card on my refrigerator and his number saved. Professionalism and skill aside, Henry is so kind and friendly (good with dogs too!) There’s no one else I’ll call.
