Best Drainage Service in Chicago IL

We hired Edwin based on his reviews and we were not disappointed! He rerouted a gas line and installed a whole house water filter system. In both cases the quality of his work was excellent! He is conscientious and instructive and his prices are fair. What more could one ask for!

Our garbage disposal died and needed replacing. We called Blanton plumbing and were told that there would be a $59 fee just to come and look but we could apply that if we hired them. They came on time, took a look, and gave us a price of $600 to replace the disposal. I thought that sounded expensive and went online and saw the disposal they were going to use for $99. I asked the installer why the installation cost waa $500 and he said that was Blanton's pricing, but he could give us 15% off. I felt like I was buying a used car. I called ABT and they offered me an upgraded disposal for $98 and installation for $139. Blanton is ridiculous and take advantage of people in need.

Walter and Manny came and thoroughly inspected my sewage lines and gave me a written contract on sewage work needed to be done. Walter was clear and upfront with pricing. No surprises. It was a lot of work done. Him and his crew completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. They were very professional and pleasant demeanor. Walter worked with my schedule seeing as I was very busy. I was pleased with everything.

When my family and I moved in to our new house we were unaware that there would be a host of plumbing issues that required immediate attention. I called around to get quotes and not only did these guys give me the best price but Mike was the guy who actually took the time to explain what was going on and lay out all my options clearly so we could come up with a plan that worked for us and our budget. I will use these guys anytime something comes up with my house and it’s old, old pipes. Friendly, professional, honest; for someone like me who knows nothing at all about plumbing I needed to have someone I can trust to usher me through these issues as they came up. Mike has been and will be my guy if/when anything comes up again but since his last visit everything has been working perfectly. I have use Bubba & Wayne a couple times now. They are prompt, thorough & very reasonably priced! This past weekend we had a back up in our tenants bathroom. They came out and rodded out the line, then determined it needed to be hydro-jetted. They said they'd be back the next morning at 8am and showed up at 7:30! I can't recommend Bubba & Wayne enough! They are my go to sewer guys!!!

I've used them before to rod my sewer line, and they did a fine job but they didn't show up or call this last time when I had a catch basin overflow and sewage in my yard. I wasted a whole day waiting only to have to call another company. I won't call Able plumbing unless I absolutely have to.

This crew was timely, knowledgeable, and honest. When they found an issue--they helped connect me directly with the city so they could come out and assess where they need to repair. I'm grateful for their quick help.

This is a medical dental facility we got problems at the patient toilets ! We call them and they answered directly! It was a Saturday and I wasn’t expecting that good and fast service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I can save a singe customer from the experience I have had over the past month! I had a pipe burst around Christmas and this service came out to defrost my pipes. Since they responded I decided to use them for a rerouting. The plumber was not only late but showed up at 7pm and stayed till midnight rerouting. The plumber had to come back several days later to finish the installation because my contractor had to redo some framing. One of the laundry valves they installed leaked and it took the plumber several days to come out, however the valve was never replaced. Like others have said, the owner is in a meeting, little to no response, and after almost a week of no shows and no communication, a different plumber showed up (after I started to request return of payment) and installed a wash tub hook up that was supposed to be done at the same time as the laundry, as he was leaving I said there is a leak and he told me he had spilled water. Pipe was still leaking about 2 hrs later I called them to come back… the plumber tried to tell me it was “ground water leaking” until I pointed out the leak in the cold water valve they had installed the week prior. This is how they left my new drywall…. I’m praying their work holds up but am skeptical! Please save yourself the headache and heartache! Hopefully their contract holds up if there is any further issue!
