Best Drain Cleaning Plumber in Chicago IL

Called them first thing in the morning to have a toilet valve repaired in our commercial warehouse. Javier the plumber was out within 1 hour and provided excellent service and was very informative. Will definitely be using again if the need arises and will ask for Javier by name.

Highly Recommend them when looking for a Company who treats you as a person not just as a customer. As well before starting the job explaining in detail what they will have to do in my case my sump pump. Then I was quoted a price I was unable to pay what they told me but they worked it out and I got my Sump pump in and is running. I did not understand why my colleagues insisted on this company when I needed referrals from them. It was until they took care of my concern last Wednesday when I believed that they are the best plumbers in the city.

Chicagoland plumbing was quick and informative. Their friendly tech came on time and was able to quickly find the source of our leak and explained the problem and solution in a friendly, understandable manner. Would 100% use them in the future!

I've used Van Der Bosch twice, and I've found them to be responsive, professional and most importantly, they get the job done right.

Here's my personal opinion and why i think you should consider any other plumbing company besides APEX - Poor care for customer service. They're disrespectful, awful communication, and lie and make false promises of solving the problem.

I hired them to address my low water pressure in my multi-unit building. At the time of estimating the job, I was extra clear that pressure is my underlying problem and gave them as much information as I could. They said they could do the job and solve my problem because it seems like my rising pipes were really old galvanized piping. 2 days later they started and collected half the payment over the phone through credit card. I did not allow them to keep it on file and said I would pay again at the end of the job.

They started and finished 3 days later but I still had little to no water pressure and after getting frustrated that they couldn't solve the problem, one of the plumbers blew up on me and said the contract was complete because all it said was the risers needed to be changed and his job was done and they'd put a LIEN on my house if not paid. Issue was still not resolved and I was out of pocket $10k I find out they charged my credit card and illegally stored my info when I asked not to.

The owner/boss comes the next day and says he'll try to find a solution and all he did was simply walk to the main city pipe and say this is another $30k job because you need to change the main pipe but he'll keep looking for an answer. 2 weeks go by and he never called, and when i called him he accused me of being impatient and rude. When i asked what he came up with in 2 weeks, he said honestly hadn't given it much thought. This whole time my walls are still torn out and I have families living here. They also never provided me the copy to the contract until my last conversation with the owner.

I can understand if it was 1 employee, but the owner himself provided this type of service - which says a lot about the company. Save yourself the trouble, pay a little more and go with any other plumbing company.

He kept his word, came through, and did the job swiftly. Prices was reasonable and work was professional. I would recommend.

Juan was prompt and saved the day. He worked quick and efficiently and made sure to not only get the resolution down but he also helped educate me on the underlying problems and how I can do this quick and easily next time. This selfless act of kindness is greatly appreciated and is above and beyond what I expected. If you have the privilege of working with Juan I know he’ll make your day as well. It’s important for me to say not your company, it was truly JUAN changed my perception on being scared to call a plumber/handyman.

I called on Monday, and Bob and his associate scheduled me for 11:00am the next day for a faucet install/leak repair. They were not just on time, but 15 minutes early. They worked quickly, charged me a very reasonable rate, and did a fantastic job. If you need a home plumbing issue taken care of, I can't imagine you're going to find anybody better.

Pete and Noah arrived early (a very good thing!), diagnosed the issue, and made the repairs within the hour! Very cordial, speedy, and professional! Highly recommend!

Pete and his son Noah took out the largest hair clog I’ve ever seen and were in and out in 30 minutes. A bit on the expensive side compared to other plumbing companies I reached out to but better to pay once and have it done right then to pay twice.

I needed to replace my kitchen undermount sink and faucet on a granite countertop. I called Rescue Plumbing and Pete and Noah were able to come over the next day.
After an evaluation they told me everything I needed to know and what my options were and quoted a price for the job.
I decided to get it done right away and so they did. I am very pleased with the outcome and Pete and Noah were very nice.
I would totally recommend them and I’ll definitely call them in the future if needed.

John was great from the beginning. Before we even hired him, I sent John some pictures of some work my neighbor was having done very close to my property line and John came out that day to make sure the other company wasn't interfering with anything on my end and he was actually able to get the city inspector over the same day just to double check the neighbors work as well. As far as my work goes, John and his guys did amazing work. Only took them 2 days to finish installing a flapper(parital flood control system) in my front yard. I would 100% recommend John @ Loves Plumbing and Sewer. I am actually going to hire him again soon to install plumbing for a new bathroom in our basement.
