What was supposed to be a routine swap-out of a toilet turned out to be a much bigger job, because of damage to the collar and sub-floor. George and Dave did a great job of making an unplanned repair, and Jan arranged a very fair price for the additional work.

Came out same day, was able to get my water turned back on and the leak stopped for the afternoon and explained the situation and how to move forward. Came back first thing in the morning and repaired the outdoor spigot in only about a half hour. Also talked through some other projects that we might be able to tackle together. Recommend.

How refreshing to have a business run in such a straightforward and professional manner. The girl on the phone was very nice and was very clear about how they operate. Our serviceman, who's name i don't remember, was just as nice and very clear about what he was going to do and for what price. Plus, my backed up drain is now running freely. What else can you ask for.

John installed a brand new water heater for me as my old one was starting to show it's age with all the rust and water leakage at the bottom. John explained to me how the discoloration was rust at the bottom of the tank. Sediment was building up, causing the metal to rust from the inside. His price to install a new water heater was fair and the installation and work was clean! Thank you John! I'll definitely be using this business again!

I give them 3 stars for being prompt and coming right away after I had an issue and finding it, but quoted me $295 to unclog/rod kitchen sink????? I do realize plumbers are expensive and used major plumbing companies before, but sorry this is a rip off amount. I have never paid over $179 for this type of service, to rod sink drain or bathroom drain.

I requested a water heater repair and they told me that a service call to come out will be $59 and then they will tell me the price for repair, the service call fee would come out of the repair cost of I decide to go with them.
A guy comes out quickly, tells me in order to even tell me what's wrong with the heater and to run diagnostic on it, it will be another $474!!!! $59 includes him knocking on my door basically, nothing else. I know my water heater is not working, I know what I did to come to this conclusion, I don't need to spend $59 for someone else to tell me this. Don't waste your money, go with a smaller firm. Complete ripoff, never again.

I called on Friday and shared photos. He sent me a quote and gave me and arrival time for the next morning. He was done within an hour

Bait and switch!!! They told me one price then after the work is done told me THEY had to get more line to do the job, and I have to pay $100.00 more!!!

Mike has done a couple of jobs for me, and I must say he’s the only Plumber i know who carries his own dust sheet with him! I would recommend Mikes Chicago Plumbing to any one.

Drain Works came out to our home within a few days of reaching out to them, to address what we thought was an issue with our garage spigot. They were really kind, friendly, knowledgeable and were able to address our issue very quickly.

Fraudulent. Illegitimate and Not Sorry About it at all. Buyer Beware

They will not honor their warranty. They will take advantage of your emergency situation and diagnose non-working repair suggestions that you don't need, like: $1,500 hydro-jetting, when all you need is a simple rod at $450. They will not talk about it with civility over the phone. They will be rude and indignant. They will not take any responsibility for a mis-diagnosis and they will make a mountain of excuses as to why nothing is their fault. This company should take more honor in their work, but they likely won't. Therefore, until then, save your pockets and save your time by going with another firm
