John was great! Very knowledgeable and kind. No major work was done so I cannot comment on that but would (and will) use them in the future.

Edwin is a honest plumber who is up front and will not take advantage of a situation. I highly recommend him!

I hired this company based off of the many good reviews before mine... Juan and his company lived up to the positives reviews ... I hired him for one job that turned into 3 things...as far as knowledge Great! Juan...the guys a nice guy and professional ... Price he was fair and gave me a brake on thing one... I think if I shopped it I could of got thing 2 cheaper But I gave it to him to get it done ... and thing 3 I felt was was too high priced but thing 3 I had to use him for... Would I recommend Yes! ... Over all he was fair against his competitors and less expensive then many... where I felt he was High, it was his honest charge so it wasn't like the guy was taking me to the bank... and hes up front, not pushy just what the man wants for the work... not an up charge company or anything like that...He asked for a review and this is my honest opinion ... These companies are all over the board in price so nothings going to be cheap in these areas... I did my home work before hiring this company and have years of experience with this issue... This company over all even though Of the high price comment on one thing was fair... So $$$ aside he knows his stuff and you will be able to depend on him getting it done right and being professional...

Called and spoke to Erica..... Wanted to charge a $79 service fee which would be waiver if we did the job .....The $125 fee to get a insurance certificate from them was a joke ..... I have delt with insurance companies and other buisnesses for 20 years and I have never charged my clients to give a insurance certificate, let alone i have NEVER been charged by my insurance company to issue a certificate.....

Absolutely GREAT experience having Kavana fix our gas leak/plumbing. This was an issue that we needed solved immediately and Kavana was very professional and accommodating!! We are truly happy with the work that was done!! I highly recommend hiring Kavana, If you want a highly skilled, dedicated, accommodating, good attitude contractor, please reach out. John Love (the plumber and owner) was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. We found him on Google bc of his good reviews- decided to give him a try- the reviews are accurate! John showed up on time, communication was clear throughout the process and he immediately found the old rotting pipe within the ceiling of our basement- it was very apparent he has a lot of experience working with older homes just like our 1916 Bungalow. He did a thorough job, kept the basement and work area spotless, even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with his job. We will definitely be using Love’s Plumbing again for our plumbing needs! Very fair pricing and up front about everything

This is the second time I used Greg, he does Good quality work at a great price Was very professional and knowledgeable I definitely would recommend him.

I requested a water heater repair and they told me that a service call to come out will be $59 and then they will tell me the price for repair, the service call fee would come out of the repair cost of I decide to go with them.
A guy comes out quickly, tells me in order to even tell me what's wrong with the heater and to run diagnostic on it, it will be another $474!!!! $59 includes him knocking on my door basically, nothing else. I know my water heater is not working, I know what I did to come to this conclusion, I don't need to spend $59 for someone else to tell me this. Don't waste your money, go with a smaller firm. Complete ripoff, never again.

I called to schedule a water line on Monday, Ed said he would come out on Wednesday. I text to confirm the appointment on Tuesday, heard nothing. Called Tuesday night, the number was no longer accepting calls and I never heard from Ed. I ended up calling Four Seasons. I used this company before and had great service so was very surprised at the lack of response.

Mike came out to help us with an emergency at 1am. He was very understanding of our situation.

Had an outside drain that was clogged and would spill into the house because of it. They came out and were very upfront about what they would need to do and what the potential problem was. They solved my issue while also discovering another potential problem which they clearly showed with their camera equipment. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this company. They are very professional, clean, respectful, and reasonably priced. They arrive on time, I mentioned I had pets and they were mindful to keep doors closed when coming in and out. They are also great with dealing with older homes and older equipment. I've used them many times and would recommend them.

After our water heater went out, we asked around for recommendations and Drain Works came up. We gave them a call and they were quick to show up. They weren't pushy or rude and the cost seemed reasonable to us so we went ahead and said yes and we don't regret our choice. Highly recommend them!

We had a problem with our sewage line and called these guys to come and fix it as they had hydro jet our line before. They arrived late and took a look at the problem. We had some issue finding the sewage cap as we didn’t know exactly where it was on the property. They told us to dig for it, it would be a $185 charge. Then, they proceeded to tell us that in order to hydro jet the line, they’d need to remove my toilet - a $435 job. I told them to keep digging, verbally agreeing to the additional $185. I stepped away for a few minutes to see if I could find documentation of where the sewage cap was, and they left. Packed up their stuff and drove away. We eventually found the cap and called them back, and they were able to fix the problem, but then told us of a potentially larger issue. Given their track record and similar experiences I’ve seen, I don’t trust them at all. Will never be using these guys again.
