Best Commercial Water Leak in Chicago IL

Logan and Djenkis were right on time. Communication was clear. Discussed options for repair ahead of time. Issue was resolved within 30 min.

I spoke with Logan extensively about the plumbing and a few other issues about how our system is set up that he clearly explained.

This is the second time I’ve used Rescue Plumbing and they’re always immediate in setting my appointment, on time, professional, and hard working. Vince Eric & Rick have all been fantastic!

Waste of time and a scam.

The website claimed I could get an estimate online, except it doesn't, only scheduling an appointment. The website claims, no-obligation cost estimate today and Straightforward pricing and upfront quotes. Without that option on the form, I tried a more direct approach.

So I tried the phone number, and instead got a run around. In short, this company will not provide an estimate unless you pay to have someone come out, so those two sales pitches found in print are lies. Worse yet, it took me 3 phone calls as they kept passing me to an estimator to call me back, who was never in the office when I called, who did not have a dedicated line nor voicemail to contact directly, and when I finally caught her, gave me this pay-to-play pitch different than the company's website and their own customer support agents claimed was possible.

My job was a basic one: replace a faucet, I would even buy the materials. And they could not give me an estimate for that basic work without me paying to have someone come in my home.

During a pandemic, this kind of on-site and pay-to-play quoting isn't OK. Worse yet, for me to find out this information, I had to chase them.

Update: the company replied, which confirms what I have posted. Yes I did not provide my address, but did provide my zip code. That should be enough for an online estimate. Beware this company!

We have used Vanguard for some other plumbing issues. So when our water heater pilot light wouldn't stay lit, we called Vanguard first. Jan asked for some pictures via email and then stopped by after a call. He recommended we do a full replacement after assessing our water heater.

He listened to our needs and looked at the existing system which included a recirculating pump. He made his recommendations along with an option to replace the pump. We agreed with replacing it all.

The next day his team showed up bright and early to get started. Jan stopped by to go over any questions. The team was quick to remove the old heater and then install the new one. Appreciated that they were able to get a new heater and installed in about 24 hours!

Would use Vanguard again and recommend them!

I've been working with Rocket Plumbing for the past few years for various commercial restroom plumbing issues. I've probably made around 4 to 6 service calls per year. The entire crew communicates exceptionally well and they deliver consistently. They have strong warranties behind all their work. (I've had to do a call back for a job, and they responded with urgency and made corrections within hours.)

Every office receptionist i've spoken to has been helpful. And every single service member that showed up on site has been exceptionally professional. I've been working with Anthony for the past few months and he has further exceeded my expectations! He clearly explains every situation and the work that needs to be done. Clearly communicates any possible complications that may arise and respective costs. Anthony deserves his own review and he gets a perfect 5/5!

I am grateful to 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC for doing the quick fixes in my house. I just moved into a new home with leaking sinks that were supposed to have been fixed by a handyman. These plumbers came and did the repair work so good that it all looked brand new.

I paid approximately $4000 to install a valve that would prevent water from the street entering a residential building during heavy periods of heavy rain - a back flow preventer.Not only did it fail, but the site of installation created a second source of incoming water flows.This caused thousands in damage.ResponseAddress starts with 3133 in zip 60618. When we last spoke, we discussed you coming out to review water heaters. Never heard from you again.I didn't say it was a full flood control system. It was a back flow preventer installed inside basement. $4000 also low, because you gave a discount because of the issues your installer had - he appeared to be inexperienced and struggled with installation. At one point during installation I had to call you that he wasn't leaving enough for the tile to go back in. When he was done, basement apartment needed extensive cleaning, because the work area was not sealed off and dust was every where including tenant's closet clothes.

Have used them a couple times for plumbing needs and can not say enough good things about them. Workers know what they are doing and prices are fair.

We had great service. The plumber was prompt, efficient and thorough. I appreciated the care he took in our kitchen.

Chas, Geoff and Dave were excellent! We had an emergency sewer issue at my condo. They made us their morning priority, diagnosed and resolved the issue in the same day. Chas also explained what was happening and why and how to minimize the issue in the future. He also provided guidance on maintenance. I highly recommend APEX.

I would first like to say that Eric The Plumber is very Professional. I had an emergency with the faucet/shower in my bathroom. Needless to say, the day that I called he gave me a time to come out to inspect the situation, within no time I knew what the issue was and had an estimate. Eric came out the next day (which was today), fixed the problem and explained to me what had happened and given advice on preventing other issues. I am extremely appreciative for the excellent work he did on short notice. I will continue to utilize his services as well as tell others about him. It was a pleasure to have someone Black owned to service my needs and have the level of Professionalism that he has.

I first used the service of Power Plumbing over 10 years ago. They were recommended by the company who serviced my kitchen cabinets. I had always wanted a dishwasher and had been told by 3 different plumbers that it couldn't be done because of the location of my pipes.
Jason from Power Plumbing came to my home and stated calmly, It can be done. In the 8 years that I had that dishwasher I never had a problem. And so when I decided to upgrade my appliances, I called Power again and requested Jason. Once again Jason installed my new dishwasher with no problem.
Over the past years whenever I have had a plumbing issue I do not hesitate to call Power Plumbing. Each service technician has not only been professional, but courteous and respectful of my home. And that is very important to me.
Although I have never met Rae personally, I feel that she is committed to making sure her customers are satisfied and goes that extra mile to insure that is the final result.

Got this number from H. W. H. R Chicago. Walter did not show up for the first scheduled appointment and no response was received after missing the second scheduled appointment. I will be contacting a more reliable plumber.
