Josh was exceptionally professional and helpful in helping a relatively urgent plumbing issue where my hot water in the shower was stuck on. I was unable to reach my landlord and Josh was able to come out quickly, diagnose the issue and correct it.

Jan is extremely responsive and helpful. He was able to send an estimate for repairs to our kitchen and bathroom plumbing in our newly purchased condo based off photos alone. Granted, the estimate is JUST THAT, so if things appear during the process do not be surprised. We ended up needing a second day of work to complete the necessary repairs but Jan and his team made it happen THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING! This team is worth the money, as the work is quality and peace of mind is something money cannot buy. I will definitely use Vanguard in the future.

Aiden and Chuck just did a water valve replacement & pipe repair on our condo assoc main water valve. They came within 45 minutes of us calling them to quote us, and were able to accommodate next day service to repair & replace our water valve that wasn't turning off. What we paid was exactly what they quoted us, we felt they were honest with the work needed to be done and did not charge for anything we didn't really needed done - unlike some other companies who quoted us. Not only were they able to come out same day and fix all my small projects around the house, the technician was quick to point out easy workarounds for many of my issues that not just resolved the issues, but saved me money. Recently I had another issue that I called them about, instead of sending out a tech and billing me- they reached out to their team with my issues and called me back to give me some instructions to try on my own to see if I could resolve it myself.
