They were able to come out the next day, took a thorough look at the problem and our system overall, and quoted us a reasonable price (with options!) Work was completed quickly and is high quality. Our hot water tank was around 25 years old, so definitely in need of replacement. We contacted Rocket Plumbing, a firm we have used many times in the past. We were very, very pleased with the quality of the new Bradford White 50-gallon tank. And, the installation by Louis and Joel was done professionally and with great care. They had to replace some of the supply and return pipes and did a great job. Rocket Plumbing is a first class company.

Jesus and his team are true professionals. They came quick and saved us from a terrible drain issue we had in our building. Jesus came by ASAP to inspect the issue, and automatically recognized what it was. He gave us the run down of everything and gave a great price for such a large job. I usually look for how professional a company and it’s workers are and they blew me away. All the workers were very respectful and for all the work they did they kept the basement apartment very clean, wife approved! The service of Apex was top notch from all aspects. This was my first experience with Apex and I contacted them from a referral. When they advertise same day service, they mean it. Chad was the plumber dispatched and he gave me a courtesy call 30 mins before his arrival. Chad was courteous and considerate when he arrived. Rescue Plumbing fixed a problem for me that two other plumbers told me I would just have to live with....my garbage disposal was leaking into my dishwasher. Pete and Noah were quick and professional. Walter came in and saved the day on our major plumbing issues. We originally started working with a different plumbing company who needed Walter's assistance and he came in and immediately identified the issues and came up with a plan to fix everything. He was a true professional and always kept me apprised of what was happening.

Additionally, he worked well with the plumbing inspector (from Park Ridge) and performed all the repairs as per their plumbing code. I would definitely call him again if any other plumbing work was ever needed.
