Best Commercial Repair in Chicago IL

Rescue Plumbing is a company that I highly recommend! Pete and Noah are very professional, but also kind and friendly. They did the job proficiently and didn’t leave any type of mess whatsoever. Now our tub drains the way it’s supposed to. Anytime I ever have any plumbing issues, I will call Rescue Plumbing.

Sam & Rick came to fix a broken pipe in my kitchen, super fast, very informative when they were finished and work was perfect. Called late Wednesday and they came Thursday morning, quick response and very professional.

They charge a service fee to come out (it doubles on Saturday and quadruples on Sundays). I had a strange water issue that seemed like it could have been a frozen pipe. However, it didn't seem like it SHOULD be.

A tech came out, did very minimal inspection and troubleshooting, then gave me several very expensive quotes for running a thaw machine. I asked if there was any kind of guarantee that doing so would fix my issue, but there wasn't.

I ended up solving my issue myself by cutting into my drywall to examine my pipe following the recommendation from another plumber. It was frozen due to a frozen hvac line from another building unit that was running next to the water line.

The other plumber would have charged about 1/3 the price to thaw it. I did so with a hair dryer with confidence after actually finding the root cause.

Annoying service fees, expensive quotes, poor troubleshooting, no guarantee of problem resolution, and, finally, they also signed me up for a spam email newsletter without consent. F that.

During heavy rains, water backed up in a drain just outside our basement door. Water flooded the basement floor. We called Vanguard, which we have used four times before, and sent pictures of the drain. The next day they set up an appointment for two days hence, then called later because they could come a day earlier. The two Vanguard servicemen quickly assessed the situation, removed the drain cover and began clearing the drain. At one point I saw one worker with his arm almost completely in the drain as he removed the dead leaves and other materials that caused the clog. The workers used our hose to flush the drain, making sure the water flowed to our sump pump and out into city sewers. It all took about 20 minutes.

My water heater pilot kept going out so I called Rocket. Like a Rocket, Sam was here in like 20 mins to evaluate the sitch. He gave me options and went through each one. I called around and Sam's quote was pretty competitive but I found one other guy with a slightly lower quote. So I hit Sam up and he matched it no problem. Booking was easy and Sam and Geoffrey showed up on time with my new heater. They trudged it up to the 3rd floor in 15 degree weather with no worries. My old heater was in a closest that was too small to even get the thing out but it didnt faze Sam. There was also some piping work that some other guys might have charged extra but not this guy. Water heater installed in a few hours and I'm back to the peace of mind of hot showers for the wife and I.

I highly recommend these guys and would use again.

Jesus was awesome.. He came as quickly as possible to fix my issue with the sewer line that was blocked. Gave me the best options for the job and was always kind and professional.. Highly, highly recommend him.

Wasted my time and money and didn't solve the problem. Frankly I expected top service for the prices they charge ($250 just for diagnosis). They looked at my water heater and quickly concluded that I needed a new pilot assembly. They made me wait a few days because they didn’t have the part, and wanted an additional $285 to replace a $35 part. I didn’t have a good feeling about the training/experience of these plumbers and I was proven right. The part they replaced wasn’t even the problem. They called the manufacturer and were told that it might be the gas valve. All along they did not know how to diagnose the problem by themselves. They relied on the manufacturer for advice both times. Then they offered me to replace the whole unit for $1,680 but at this point I was not interested on their overpriced and unreliable service. In the end I did decide to replace the water heater but I hired a different company who did it for a much more reasonable $300 plus the cost of the water heater.

- You didn’t charge me for the replacement part because I convinced you not to. Otherwise I would have spent $$$ for nothing.
- Yes, the other company I hired is licensed, insured and has 20+ years experience.
- And no, to say that I was rude to the plumbers is a complete lie and they can confirm that. You are just trying to discredit my review.

Rob West Plumbing got back to my phone messege promptly and worked with the tennents living in the building to set up an appointment within 2 days. Everyone I had contact with at the office was friendly and efficient. They are a great asset to the neighborhood.

The team of experts who came over to my place were very professional. The technician was specifically highly skilled while the crew exhibited courtesy and expertise. Nice job.

My neighbors recommended Goode and I'm so glad they did. They were easy to deal with on the phone and Drew and Jacob, who came to do the work, were so nice and helpful. They did great work. Having never hired a plumber before now, I can't say how competitive they are price-wise, but it all felt very reasonable to me. HIghly recommended.

I was a little doubtful at first. I had reached Power Plumbing through Plumbers911, and the overnight answering service they used was unhelpful and a little rude.

Luckily when Ray called back the next day, things were dramatically better. Bob was able to help out later that afternoon and was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to explain what he was doing and instructed me on how to do some basic servicing and repairs of my own. I'm glad I was able to find them, and I'll definitely be calling them in the future with any plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Zuniga's plumbing. I had an issue with a gas line being installed incorrectly, and they were out the same day to give an estimate, and it was fixed the following day. I will definitely go through this company again.
