Do not use Rob West plumbing. We were convinced by Rob to fix something that wasn't broke (first red flag) and quoted $1,000 to do the job. The next day we find out it would cost $400 more to finish the work. We reluctantly agreed. Almost 1 month later, we get an invoice for an extra $1,000. If I had found out this at the time, I would have found a new plumber! I will never use this company again and will advise others to do the same.

I can't say enough about Van Der Bosch! When other companies couldn't get someone out to help us for over a week, Van Der Bosch was able to send someone right away. The quote was super quick and very reasonable. Jose, our plumber, was extremely knowledgeable. They were even very flexible when we had a problem with our building water shutoff and had to reschedule. Jose went above and beyond and I highly recommend you give them a try!

Was having an issue with our dishwasher not draining, called up Apex who said they could come out the next day for free estimate. Plumber named Chaz came out to my house, friendly personable guy who took his time and explained to me what the possible issues were and was upfront about costs. Clean cut friendly guy who fixed the problem right and in a timely manner and haven't had a problem since. I have their magnet on my fridge now, would definitely call again.

Disclosing for ethical purposes that this is a paid review although I was going to leave one anyway. I got a quick response and an appointment set up the next day for a non-emergency kitchen sink leak. Logan and Djenkis came to help and were very professional, prompt and respectful. Logan explained that the leak is due to the garbage disposals age/quality and the drain pipe cracking and leaking. They changed everything in a timely manner with no issue. They also explained everything to me, including the fact that they used an expensive, quality disposal because of its reliability. The total was $620.

I called Mr. Burris late at night when I came home from work and discovered I had no heat. First thing the next morning Mr. Burris came to my house personally. He very quickly got all of my radiator heaters/ boiler working. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He knew immediately what was wrong with my heat! I will always call Mr. Burris for any of my hearing, or plumbing in the future. While he was here he also gave me a great referral for some electrical work that I need done in my home. Mike and Miguel came out and replaced my P-Trap. They did an excellent job, they were very professional, cleaned up after themselves left no dirt behind at all. and got the job done in a timely manner.
