I am so pleased with the service I received today from Pete and Omar. I scheduled a service visit last night and they arrived first thing in the morning to handle our obnoxious washing machine drain problem that’s been a thorn in our sides since we purchased our unit years ago. Not only were they kind and professional, but Pete walked me through all my possible options for repair. We live in a “quirky” old building that has a slew of plumbing issues, not including those within our unit. They gave me information about our drain configuration that other companies had not mentioned and knew exactly how to tackle the problem and give us an estimate. We had them rod our drain while we mull over the estimate and plan of action, and they went above and beyond. After discovering my supply hoses were on their last legs, they set us up with an extra durable set so they will ideally last for years. They bill by the job (which I appreciate given our building is old and repairs are sometimes more time-consuming) and took their time making sure their work was sturdy. Pete taught me about things as he went and alerted me to a valve issue (and other issues) that we’ll need to tackle down the road.

I was just remarking to my husband several days ago that there’s no integrity left in business, but Pete and Omar certainly reversed that opinion. This means a lot, especially being a female client who is used to being talked down to or brushed aside. Thanks, guys!

Used yesterday 2/17/18. Second time I’ve used them and I am very satisfied. First time I had a bad seal on my toilet and the gentleman fixed in the first hour he was there. This time around I had a leak on the second floor and the plumber (Joe) showed up and helped me identify the cause of the leak in the first hour he was there. They didn’t milk the clock or up charge me and we’re honest about the solutions. They were also on time. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will also use in the future.

Zuñiga was responsive to our emergent issue. They immediately fixed leaks going to the water heater first to allowed the gas company to restore gas the same day. Since it was late in the evening, the remaining gas lines were isolated and fixed the following day

We had a big problem at a rental property with the waste water pipe corroded and broken. Instead of taking advantage of us, he worked with my guy on how to fix it and didn't charge me an arm and leg. He's the best, most knowledgable and fair plumber I have ever used and I will definitely call him for all of my properties.

A basement flooding after rain storms and a simple catch basin pump out and cleaning resulted in other issues causing the flooding. Turns out my mainline was clogged so then l had them rod it out but issue still persistent because water did not drain after rodding, Jeremy was persistent and wasn't gonna leave me like that so he brought out the pressure jetter and it got the clog out all the way to the sewer and water level returned to normal, also gave me a deal to include the jetting price for the pumping and rodding price at no extra, l was so grateful

Hiring a plumber is nerve-wracking. Would I get a fair price? Would the work be done right or would it just be a quick fix? It's hard to find good people to work with! But wow, John and his team are honest, professional, thorough, and do incredible work. They've helped us with a few projects in our house and are always prompt, communicative, and pleasures to work with. They are upfront about cost and prices are very fair, always providing top quality service and work. They really look out for their clients and the longevity of their homes.

I called Matt on Memorial Day morning and within a couple hours he took time away from his family and came over and fixed a plumbing issue with our bathtub faucet - a heavy leak that required turning the water off to the whole house. He arrived on time (despite the short notice on a holiday!), was very nice, pleasant, and professional, and fixed the problem in no time. And the price was quite reasonable, especially considering the circumstances. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be calling him again should another plumbing issue arise.
