You never want to be in a position where you need to call a plumber, Pete and Noah were transparent, friendly and quick to solve the problems with our kitchen sink. They quoted 1.5 hours to finish the job, they were done in 45 minutes.

We had a gas leak and the gas company shut off our gas. I picked Rescue Plumbing based on their reviews and they didn’t disappoint. They are very responsive (another company I called didn’t answer and never responded to my voicemail). Dex was the main plumber and he is extremely knowledgeable. Dex has a lot of experience and both explained and showed what he was doing. The prices are reflective of emergency plumbing but worth it if you need something fixed quickly and done well.

I have used Baethke and Sons twice. Both times service was great. Plumbing issues were completely resolved. Work was explained very clearly and area was left clean. They aren't the cheapest plumbers around, but hey you get what you pay for and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality.

Very responsive, efficient, and thorough. Would recommend 100%. I have used them for both small job and big jobs. We recently had a complicated gas leak in our basement. The Vanguard team was very responsive and spent several days assessing the leak(s), replacing pipes, and navigating the complexities of our old home. I have the utmost trust in them and would recommend them hands down for any project.

Jesus and his team are true professionals. They came quick and saved us from a terrible drain issue we had in our building. Jesus came by ASAP to inspect the issue, and automatically recognized what it was. He gave us the run down of everything and gave a great price for such a large job. I usually look for how professional a company and it’s workers are and they blew me away. All the workers were very respectful and for all the work they did they kept the basement apartment very clean, wife approved! Eugene from first Chicago was the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with. He got me quotes quickly, adjusted the invoice as work changed, and kept me informed about progress. The plumbers that he sent out to do the job were extremely professional, explained to me what they were doing, answered any questions I had, and went above and beyond with the plumbing. They worked two very long days. Highly highly recommended. Their pricing was competitive.

The plumbers were quick, efficient, and exceedingly helpful and professional. They coordinated with our building's water shut off schedule. Rob was very knowledgeable on the phone and his office was responsive and flexible regarding the appointment time. Great service. Hope I don't have to call again soon, but will definitely be calling them if I need anything in the future.

Edited to add that I also hired an electrician and carpenter through Rob West, and they were both punctual and efficient. They did a great job on replacing fixtures, installing switches, and building and installing a custom barn door. They were on time, tidy, and did a great job very quickly. Definitely recommend their services as well.

I recently called Plumbers 911 because I was having trouble with my sump pump. They responded very quickly and were very professional. I then contacted them again because my garbage disposal broke. Once again they responded quickly. I highly recommend Plumbers 911!

Had an urgent clogged toilet situation that needed to be addressed. I called the morning of and they were able to come before noon. Pete and Noah were awesome. They unclogged it quickly and were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and I plan to use Rescue Plumbing for all future plumbing needs!

Pete and Noah were great professionals. They came for a leak inspection and noticed that all the plumbing seemed to be in great shape. They figured some water must have went down a vent and that is what caused the water stains we were seeing. All the plumbing was bone dry. They were honest and only charged for opening up the ceiling when they could have easily lied about the issue to charge us more.

Pete was also super fast. He came the day after we called even though he had a booked schedule. He is also super professional. They brought their 9wn tarp and made sure to fold it in a way that would not cause any mess.

I can't recommend Pete and Noah enough.
