We had an amazing experience with Brandon and Aidoun (sp).Brandon diagnosed our problem within minutes of arriving.
Our ejector pump went bad so nothing on our basement level (bathroom, shower, utility sinks, washer/dryer outlet) was going out to the sewer. You can only image the smell and look on my face when I tried to use a plunger thinking I had a clogged toilet.

These guys calmed my anxiety and replaced the old pump probably within an hour. It was quick and they walked me through the entire process.

The emergency repair was expensive but well worth the cost. Today we woke up to a fresh smelling “Mancave” as if nothing had ever happened. I highly recommend this place for any of your plumbing needs.

I can't say enough good things about John Love and his team. We had a very bad situation in our basement and John was able to come over the same day. Because it was such an emergency, he rearranged some thing so that he could address it for us immediately. He has been incredibly helpful, thorough, and has been helping us stay calm the whole time. I had a leaky faucet in my kitchen sink. As someone who is not particularly handy, I contacted Apex to get an estimate to fix or replace the faucet. The dispatcher was very friendly and helpful, and their technicians Aidan and Jarrid were at my front door within an hour. They quoted out the job, and we agreed that I would purchase a new faucet and then get back in touch with them to schedule the install. It turns out that I was able to take care of the faucet installation myself after all, so I didn't need to use Apex. But based on their professionalism, friendliness, and promptness, I will happily contact them again when I need plumbing services!

By far the best service experience in 25 years of home ownership. Pablo and his company are prompt, courteous and remarkably efficient! They just recently came out on the New Year holiday weekend. One call and one service trip and the problem was resolved. They have even walked me through fixes over the phone to stop emergency problems. My next door neighborhood and I (and possibly others in the neighborhood) experienced flooding even after just a little rain. Now, that problem is gone, thanks to Bubba and Wayne.

I called on a Friday after I had water in my basement from heavy rain storms. They were there Saturday morning to assist me. They took care of the issue and I no longer have water in the basement and the water is not backing up even after several more days of rain storms. My plumber was David and he was very professional and he kept me informed of everything he was doing.
