The entirety of my kitchen sink waste piping literally fell off. These guys came within two hours of my call to repair. Noah and Pete were wonderful! They explained everything and made sure I knew what I was getting. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

AMAZING!! I hired RR for previous jobs but this water heater installation by JAMES was above all previous encounters!!! HE WAS fantastic!! Not only was he professional, personable, efficient and timely, but after the job he made sure that everything was in working order. James turned on all of my faucets and cleaned out the sediment that accumulated. He made sure I was happy with the water temperature and ensured that the water flowed freely from every single faucet!! WHO DOES THAT? He was truly amazing. James went above and beyond the quality of work expected. I truly think that HE should train ALL of the employees of RR since now if I hire RR again, I expect the same kind of service that JAMES provided:) I can NOT settle for less any longer!! We have been using Chicagoland Quality Plumbing services for approximately four years and found him through our Angie's List membership. We own 3 rental properties and Edwin has repaired leaks, installed dishwashers and water lines(for both kitchen sinks and washer units), replaced toilet wax rings and unclogged drains over the past four years for us. The service that we indicated as not listed is definitely worth mentioning as it turned out to be a big job. We called Edwin because we noticed a leak coming from our basement ceiling. Upon his inspection he not only told us that he suspected the main drain line in our 3 story building was leaking. He provided us with a plan for the best way to pinpoint where the drain was leaking behind the 3 apartment walls and once it was located how he would make the repair. Long story short, with Edwin's experience, where he ended up opening the kitchen wall turned out was within 3 feet of the eroded main drain line. Edwin and Roberto removed a section of 100 year old drain pipe and then replaced it. What Edwin charged us for this two day, two man job was reasonable. His work is top notch and we always find that his prices are very reasonable that's why we always call Edwin and we hope that he is not planning on retiring any time soon :)

Updated review: I wish I could give Rescue Plumbing 7 stars. I thought my new plumbing had a leak and it turned out that I installed the shower head wrong (massive facepalm). The same team visited my home and they were gracious, understanding, and fixed the issue quickly. Love this company.

I first used the service of Power Plumbing over 10 years ago. They were recommended by the company who serviced my kitchen cabinets. I had always wanted a dishwasher and had been told by 3 different plumbers that it couldn't be done because of the location of my pipes.
Jason from Power Plumbing came to my home and stated calmly, It can be done. In the 8 years that I had that dishwasher I never had a problem. And so when I decided to upgrade my appliances, I called Power again and requested Jason. Once again Jason installed my new dishwasher with no problem.
Over the past years whenever I have had a plumbing issue I do not hesitate to call Power Plumbing. Each service technician has not only been professional, but courteous and respectful of my home. And that is very important to me.
Although I have never met Rae personally, I feel that she is committed to making sure her customers are satisfied and goes that extra mile to insure that is the final result.
I most definitely recommend this company!

I live in an apartment with really old pipes and I’ve had a few plumbers come out to try and fix my shower drain with no luck.
I had Logan and his crew with rescue plumbing come and help me out with what I thought was an impossible clog. They fixed what 3 other plumbers could not.
They were professional, kind, and above all efficient. They explained the whole procedure and they explained the risks involved.
If I ever have any drain problems I am 100% coming back to rescue plumbing and I recommend them to anyone who’s who has a drain problem that other plumbers couldn’t fix.

We had our catch basin cleaned. They were responsive and did a tremendous job. Highly recommend. Jeremy, in particular, was great to work with.

Everyone I've talked to at Apex, on the phone and in person, has been nothing but friendly and professional. I've used Apex twice now and they will continue to be my go-to plumber. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! First time we encountered a clogged sewage or sewer. We called the company and in an hour Daniel came. Did a good job, He did not stop until He fixed the problem. We found out a lot of root trees in our pipes causing the clogged. Almost 2 hours working on it. I salute Him! Very hard working person. Thank you so much for all you've done.
