Woke up this morning to a leaky toilet and my landlord called rescue plumbers. Pete and Noah came by right on time, early even! They were extremely professional, they did the work quickly and efficiently. They were lovely to interact with and host in my home. As a woman by myself, I am very sensitive to having strangers in my house. But I'd call Pete and Noah back any moment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Dan cleaned out the drain and replaced my old trash disposal. He did an amazing job. He took out the broken old disposal that has been there since I bought the house. He replaced it completely, including all of the necessary new pipes beneath the kitchen sink. I recently had a sewage backup. It was awful! First I went to Roto Rooters because they offered a 6 month guarantee. A month later the issue returned. The came back and rodding my drain again, but the issue came back within a couple of weeks. They (1) refused to come back a third time, and (2) refused to offer me a full refund. (See my Roto Rooters review for more details.) Called Burris and Sons and Mr. Burris was able to permanently resolve my issue. Roto Rooters are crooks. I would never used them again. Thank you Mr. Burris for fixing my issue.
