Vanguard cleaned my storm drain and doubled checked my catch basin for any obstruction of the pipeline connecting through the city. Overall great experience and good quality work which is rear now a days.

Mikes Plumbing Company is wonderful! Professional, honest , prompt, reliable, with great prices. Woke up last Saturday morning to find water all over the hard wood floor of my condo. It was pouring out from under my kitchen sink. Called the condo management and asked if they could give me a plumber they used. Called the plumbing company telling them it was an emergency, and they never even called me back. I then got Mikes Plumbing Company from someone else. When I called, Mike personally answered the phone and when I told him it was an emergency he came over immediately. I was amazed by how fast he got there! He assessed the situation and completely turned the water off. He then went out and bought a new faucet so he could fix the leak. I was so impressed by how kind he was. I was a basket case and he reassured me that everything would be fine. His kindness, caring and professionalism were outstanding! He did a great job and even cleaned everything up! I can't imagine a better plumbing company. I first called them when water stopped draining down our kitchen sink. They came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and cleared it. A few weeks later, when we noticed a leak coming from our closet ceiling, I called right away. They came out quickly again, diagnosed the exact problem, explained why the pipe had corroded, and repaired it with no time wasted. Unlike a lot of companies, these guys have always worked efficiently, accurately, cleanly, at reasonable rates, and got the job done right. This is the only plumber I'll call in the future. Sam is absolutely fantastic! I spoke with a few other companies before finding someone that had the expertise to do all of the work I needed done (maintenance and repair of two tankless hot water heaters, installation of another, and running a new gas line for a pool heater). We called another company Rotor rooter first, and they gave us the run around for 3 days!! then we call Halsted Sewer and Drain, they came out the next morining and took care of our catch base problems, Roger Sr and Rj are the best, quick and efficient as well as professional!! We had a clogged kitchen sink that was also leaking under the sink from the pipes. Victor did a great job. He replaced the old pipes and rooted the line. He was prompt and professional. Highly recommend!
