Nathan did a terrific job replacing my hot water heater. He took the time to answer all my questions and to do a thorough professional installation. Baethke is certainly not the cheapest plumbing company around. But if you want a quality job done right the first time with no aggravation, sometimes it is worth the extra expense. You can’t go wrong with Nathan and Baethke from a quality point of view.

I have used Vanguard for smaller jobs in the past, but after this weekend, I’m not going to call anyone else again.

I asked Jan to replace some on valves on my city water meter, and there were a few issues with BBOX. Jan told me exactly what I needed to do, and even came back the following day to make sure I didn’t have any leaks.

I also contracted a handyman company to swap out my water heater. When the handyman company cancelled on me, Jan was able to fit me in that afternoon and made sure that I would have hot water for the weekend. Thanks again everything Jan!

Rocket Plumbing serviced our house in May 2016. Our hot water wasn't running and Rocket took care of the problem quickly and professionally. Sam was very helpful and we will use Rocket again in the future.

Plumber Matt was very good and professional. Price was reasonable except for the extra 160.00 for 5 minutes past the first hour. Labor at 160 an hour is reasonable but 160 for 5 minutes is hard to swallow.
