My wife and I own a duplex in Portsmouth and one of our tenants had a faucet issue that was constantly leaking and required a replacement. How can I put into words best service I've ever received!! I'm the type of person that I usually do it myself and do a mediocre job but get the job done.. A friend of mine referred me to Rich Waters Plumbing and Drain to install a washer and dryer and remove the old one that I was struggling to do myself.. Once I callled Rich Waters Plumbing and Drain and explained how important it was to me they did everything possible to fix the problem that same day!! They replaced the washer and dryer and fixed the area better than what it was before.. They even cleaned afterwards and everything was left better than they arrived! Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

My wife and I moved from across the country and arrived at our first ever home late on a Sunday to find a water leak from the air handler in the attic had caused the ceiling in multiple rooms in our new house to fall in. I recently had a repair done, I called this company and received same day service.

I am so very grateful for their service to their customers. I was informed by property management team no one could assist until a week. This was not acceptable to me as a renter. As a renter I did the job the property management team should have done. Little background, I was down to only (1) water source which was the kitchen only. If I used any other water source it came back up in the downstairs bathroom. Was advised by property management team wait, take bird baths.

The rental monies have never been late. Their attitude to this day is just pay your rent and we don't care about the conditions of the property.

What should have been a couple of pipe repairs ended up being much more involved. Tanner was great. He took his time and made sure everything was installed correctly. He went out of his way to get the job done right and make sure he didn’t have to come back!

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. Totally professional, and at the top of the game. Our water heater is in the attic and another company told us they couldn't do it without cutting the wooden beams, and altering the whole attic which would of cost a couple thousand dollars more, but we called Standard Plumbing n they came and did the job without having to do anything to our attic. They are honest, hard working, did the job quickly and at the end cleaned up the whole area. My husband and are are very grateful and happy with their service!!
