Fantastic service! I have had several other plumbers work on my house, but had the best experience by far with Michael and Son. Everyone was very polite- from the dispatchers to the plumbers. Additionally, when my original plumber was under the weather, a new plumber was able to come at the same time frame. The cost was also very competitive!

A HUGE shout out to Jerry Moots and his crew at Smith & Keene for our new addition. We haven’t had AC since last June due to a lightning strike to our house and after months and months of fighting the insurance company and them denying the claim, his company stepped up and helped us out. I was diagnosed with breast cancer back in October, so the fight for myself took priority over the fight with the insurance company to get this problem resolved. Well Smith & Keene set an excellent example for what true community is. They came today early and were so amazing and so professional and we finally have a cool house without having to use 5 window units. RA Styron installed my HVAC system on a new construction in the Deep Creek area of Chesapeake. No one but them has touched it since its installation 2.5yrs ago. I have signed up for the bi-yearly servicing which I would highly recommend, the cost is justifiable and it comes with a few other added perks that make it well worth it in my book.

I also had an emergency need to service and/or quote a new system at a property I was attempting to sell which was out of their immediate service area, a short phone call later they had arranged for I believe RA himself to come by as soon as possible to go over my needs.

I have had few contractors that I have worked with on the south-side that have been as attentive as Styron, two thumbs up!

I have used Ellsworth for several repairs around my house including snaking pipes, adding an access channel to the pipe, and replacing a hot water heater. The phone representative and technicians have always been professional and friendly. Prices are fair and explained upfront. They are certainly on the top of my list for future repairs.
