Best Water System Installation in Chesapeake VA

Provided an outstanding job with my outside water hose facet. Water was everywhere and he came and saved the day!! He has done several jobs for me and I was very pleased with his outstanding job performance and his customer service.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

My second floor tube was leaking into my neighbors garage. Justin was very professional, friendly, communicated well. He explained what the problem was and what he did to fix in a clear and easy to understand manner. Cost was very reasonable. I was really pleased and will definitely use him in the future.

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

The team of Raul and Armando were great, efficient, and very professional. They took the time to explain and instruct us how to use the new system. Michael & Son did great work.

Called in the morning and Raymond was able to come by mid-afternoon. Found the problem right away and fixed it on the spot. Was reasonable and I would highly recommend him.

We were honestly very impressed with this company. I took a bath in my jetted tub and water started pouring down in my downstairs pantry. We called A1 after 4 pm, expecting a huge bill for emergency service after business hours. Pat came out VERY fast, had everything checked and fixed in under an hour and we were only charged for one hour of labor which was a fraction of what we had expected to pay. He showed us everything and explained to us exactly what happened, and how to check for the issue in the future to avoid water damage. Pat even answered some random plumbing questions I had regarding our house and was very knowledgable in his explanations, especially since I know little about plumbing. I have recommended A1 to all of my friends in the area and will for sure be calling again!

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

On Saturday my husband and I tried to fix our tub faucet from leaking. Well we ended up making matters worse. We called Don at 4:30 pm and he was at our place at 5:00pm. He couldn't fix our problem until Monday, but he told us what to do to solve the problem until Monday, which we greatly appreciated because we didn't know what to do. On Monday he showed up at 4 pm, which was the time I gave him. Don and his sidekick Shawn did such an awesome job!! They even replaced my toilet in the bathroom while they were here. They were friendly and very easy to talk to. Any question I asked they answered with no problems. We laughed and joked and they even befriended my dogs that literally barked at them until the last hour of their services. I highly recommend this business! I'm going to have them come back in a couple of months to replace my dishwasher because they did such an amazing job. I will always support small local businesses because they don't over charge you and they take their time to do things the right way! Don' s Plumbing exceeded my expectations! Had to install a new ac unit, Bill came checked my old unit and replaced it in one day. His price was the lowest i came across, great team, definitely recommend. I will be telling everyone about them.

Tech was on time, professional and courteous. He did a thorough check of both furnaces and ensured we were ready for winter weather.

I had a pipe leaking in my kitchen wall and I scheduled service as soon as it happened. We were given a appointment slot a few hours later in the day. No big deal. Unfortunately, they did not show nor call. When we did call we were continually being told the tech is running behind. If I had known you wouldn't be able to service me today I would have gone with someone else in the area. When I did finally get contacted at 3 AM I was told that we had been rescheduled for 8-12 the following day. My family was without water all day. This is rediculous. You should call and keep someone updated better and set realistic expectations of service.Our service technician was amazing when he arrived.

A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!
