Best Water Main in Chesapeake VA

Woke up Sunday morning to a wet carpet caused by my water heater leaking overnight (do they break at any other time??). Called Premier and they sent someone out quickly. Ended up needing a new installation which was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Customer service and technician were very friendly. Ask for Jared!!

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Everytime I call RS Andrew's, they send a tech out quickly. The techs are always knowledgeable and friendly and explain things in a simple way and even help figure out something unrelated that could be causing an underlying issue. They have not tried to sell me things I don't need. Vincent was super helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly.

A T Large Plumbing, Alfred and son Ted and grandson are the best. I have known the family most of my life. I went to school with some of the family. They are experienced professionals that know their work. They are a family business. I prefer a family company over a corporate chain. You can not beat them. They are honest and reasonable too. If I could give them less than one star I would. This plumbing company is a joke. They do not do their job properly and because of that my kitchen and dining area was flooded two nights ago as well as my neighbors... then they come to fix it not until yesterday evening. That wasn’t done even properly... we have no hot water.. haven’t had any for two days. Now I’m waiting on them... they should have been here over an hour ago. Which they really should have been here this morning but they’re in no hurry to fix anything... please find someone else for your plumbing needs. We rent our condo through a rental agency and they choose the plumber or I would have never chosen them....

Brian H. was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, cleaned up very well afterwards, and was very quick. I felt like was not being taken advantage of even when estimates work was extensive. I recommend Mr. Rooter for plumbing, sewer clean out needs.

I have used Lanthorn for several years and we love them! The staff felt like family and they would answer all of my questions even if it wasn’t related to the job they were there for!
