Emergency service took 2 days but they did not have what they needed to clear my drains for another day. Called someone else as my business was already closed for a day.

My friend and I were stuck on the side of the highway with a flat tire. Jamal stopped to give us assistance. He was very kind for taking the time to help get us back on the road safely. Thank you Jamal!

Very good work and a good man!He was personable, professional, and fair with pricing. He fixed my kitchen garbage disposal and my bathroom sink in good time and with an extremely fair price. I am trust appreciative that he was very knowledgeable and there to help and not out to get money. Thank you Richardson Plumbing!!!!

Wish I could give 5 stars too, would save me some stress.
Waited an hour and a half to find out my appointment was canceled thinking I was someone else(np, things happen) and was told he'd be there in 45min with no remorse.
10-15min after the new allotted time I call to make sure he's coming/not lost and instead of apologizing I'm told just hang in there... Is this really happening right now?
Shows up without a single, hey, sorry about that and acted like nothing happened. Was the most rude and cocky assessment I could imagine. Talked over and not listened to. My realtor witnessing was amazed.
Very similar to another 1 star in here.
I cannot give him business after that.

A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!

Unfortunately, I wish there were a way to retract a glowing review I gave last year after A-1 sold and installed a new heat pump for me. The first service call, when the A/C stopped working the first time, the technician found a place on the indoor part of the unit where he said a soldered joint needed to be corrected. (He was the tech who installed it and took full responsibility.) I was pleased with the service and the result.
On the next service call, same tech, this time because it was taking hours to cool a small loft-style condominium and it never had before, he was perplexed, but made a few adjustments on the outdoor part of the unit, and it seemed to straighten out the problem.
Until it happened again. And then again, and then again. The unit was short-cycling, turning on and off in rapid succession. By the fourth or so time he was out here, he was annoyed -- WITH ME -- and told me there was nothing wrong with the unit. I can only surmise he believed I was keeping my balcony door open for my pets to go outside, and that I didn't understand I was heating my own condo. Which wasn't the case.
Of course I was speaking with the manager as this was unfolding -- ALL SUMMER LONG -- who was about to have the Carrier representative come out to examine the unit with him, considering the circumstances, when the temps cooled off slightly and the unit began to function properly, as I had explained repeatedly it had been doing -- working fairly well when it was cooler.
Here we are in the coldest snap of this winter, and the unit is frozen solid with ice INSIDE it. And, of course, not working.
THREE CALLS to schedule service have been met with polite responses, but have netted no return calls; the last one explaining that all the managers are out in the field and that it's a crazy day here today. No doubt, if other customers are getting new heat pumps with the problems mine has had.
Once this is settled -- if it is without a lawsuit -- I'm done with A-1 and will go directly to brand name manufacturers for things I need for my home.
If I could put minus stars on here, I would. VERY disappointed, upset, frustrated and angry.
