Premier plumbing is a one stop shop. Other companies I’ve dealt with always require rework, over diagnose problems because lack of knowledge, and are ridiculously priced. Raymond Goodman ant responded to an emergency weekend plumbing call for a broken tub faucet. Told me he would arrive in an hour, which he did. He then promptly took a look at the job and had price quote ready in less than 10 minutes. He was finished with the whole job in under an hour and a half restoring running water in our home and essentially saving the day! His work was professional and on point! Additionally, their pricing was fair and they even applied a military discount! Very happy with the service we received! I called A-1 Sewer & Drain Plumbing & Water Heaters to flush and clean my water heater also to replace my water heaters supply line due to the flexible rubber hose breaking down causing black disintegrating rubber in my water.Patrick was very professional and I was amazed how fast he completed the job. He did a great job and highly recommended him and the company!The company had a very reasonable price and was very good with their communication as far as keeping me up to date and booking my appointment in a timely manner.It’s very difficult to find a plumbing company that’s reliable, honest and has fast service. I will definitely be using A-1 Sewer and Drain again if I have any more plumbing issues.

Chris is a real professional and knows his stuff. Cannot thank him enough for expressing my urgency to not only determine the problem but also made calls back to his scheduler and have his work adjusted to allow time to repair the leak, evacuate the condenser and recharge the system to within spec. When he left the system was pulling down the heatload within the house.His use of digital equipment was impressive and I will highly recommend RS Andrews to all my friends and associates.

Somewhere behind my kitchen sink in the wall there was a leak. You know that quotes can vary wildly and times for a plumber to even fix the problem are far out. Doug came to give us a quote and he was like a breath of fresh air. He had a solid plan and a reasonable quote. I called the office to schedule expecting to have to wait at least a week but Linda found a slot for us two days away. Doug arrived on time and found pinholing in the pipes that I'm sure would have taken anyone else hours if they found it at all. He didn't have to tear up any walls and was able to fix it all through a tidy hole under my sink. I am very pleased with their services and I would definitely recommend them.

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

Great customer service! I had a small hiccup with my heat pump replacement order but Smith & Keene made it right and I appreciated them doing so and the guys who came out for the install were very professional.

Called Atomic at about 5:45 on Friday night because our hot water heater had water coming out of the pressure pipe steady for almost an hour. Mylissa answered the phone and was very helpful and said someone could be out in an hour. Jimmy P. arrived in about an hour. Examined the issue and stopped the water coming from the pressure relief. We decided to replace the 13 year old water heater in stead of just fixing the issue and waiting for another to develop. Jimmy P. said he would be back out with the new water heater at 8:00 on Saturday morning. He was on time and ready to go. He jumped right into getting things done while Javier G. was on his way with the new water heater. Jimmy P. and Javier G. did a great job doing the removal and install and worked great together. Best part of this was the pricing, I like the flat rate charge by the job, not by the hour. I found their pricing to be very reasonable!! Great job done by Atomic, Jimmy P., Javier G., and Mylissa!! You'll get our business again.

One of their drivers tried to run me off the road. I moved into the fast lane on the highway and he sped up to try and cut me off. If their service is similar to how their techs drive, I'd rather use literally anyone else. Tried calling the office. Apparently, they didn't care either.

Tony came out on short notice to accommodate my schedule and got our bathroom faucet and stool installed as promised for a far price. It's reassuring to know I have his number saved in my phone.

They sent a tech to fix our water heater and garbage disposal the same day. He even fixed shoddy plumbing done by other people under our sink. Best yet, the price they quoted was reasonable. I was really impressed by the service provided. I highly recommend this company and would use them again for future needs.
