I was referred to Mr.Rashad by a Facebook friend because I have a clog in my drain. So I immediately contacted him to see if I could get an appointment and he responded in timely manner. Upon his arrival he took a look at my issue and realized what the problem was. After talking for a few I told him I did have a home warranty but I knew they couldn't get out that day so that's why I contacted him. Instead of him just taking my money and running he told me exactly what was best and to go with my home warranty because it would save me a lot of money. When he said that I knew then he was a honest man and him and his business will go far in life. Even though I never received a service I'll definitely be referring him to anyone I know looking for plumbing services because I know they won't be taken advantage of. Thank you Mr.Rashad for being a good person.

This company is horrible and takes advantage of the elderly. The office manager Krissy Wilkinson is very nasty, unprofessional and has poor customer service.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

We used Justin based on a recommendation when our toilet was clogged and flooding. He charged a quarter of a price to snake and run the camera down to find the real issue. If need up needing a pipe replaced and the we used Justin for that as well as he gave an amazing price for the work and he did a phenomenal job. Great guy and does even better work, someone who is not out to take advantage of people. He’s the only call you need to make!

They wanted to charge $850+ to drop a pump in and drain a septic tank. Not what I consider a fair price although I’m sure he would have been happy had I paid that amount.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

We had a pipe burst in our crawl space the day before heading out of town for vacation. Michael & Sons were able to dispatch a technician, Maurece (Mo) to our house the same day we called. Mo was incredibly helpful and professional and stayed late into the evening to complete the job. He talked us through everything and fixed our leak in no time. This was our first time dealing with Michael & Sons and we will definitely be calling and asking for Mo again the next time we need assistance!!

I recently had a repair done, I called this company and received same day service.

I am so very grateful for their service to their customers. I was informed by property management team no one could assist until a week. This was not acceptable to me as a renter. As a renter I did the job the property management team should have done. Little background, I was down to only (1) water source which was the kitchen only. If I used any other water source it came back up in the downstairs bathroom. Was advised by property management team wait, take bird baths.

As a renter of this property for 10+ years, not acceptable.
The rental monies have never been late. Their attitude to this day is just pay your rent and we don't care about the conditions of the property.
I was in the business works for 20+ years, and this is definitely not how you handle issues.

This company is very responsive and they do quality work. I have used them numerous times and am very satisfied with the quality of the work. They were able to fix issues other companies could not.

Representative came in within the time scheduled. As I watched he explained and show me the cause of the leak. He was very professional and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Will recommend and use this business again.

Absolutely the best experience, I would recommend them to anyone. Very responsive and gave me a breakdown on costs before hand. Ben gave me a call with an approximate arrival time, showed up on time and did an amazing job. Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. He called back a few hours later and was able to come much earlier than expected!! Once they arrived, Kendell and Don got straight to work. The technician was fine at his job but I'm extremely disappointed to find out that my unit which is only a couple of years old needs a couple thousand dollars worth of maintenance and it's not covered by my service plan.

Awesome service!! Called at 8pm and they were able to come out within the hour. Thorough in explaining what was needed and what the cost was going to be upfront.

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

Coast Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new hot water heater in our home. Also, they showed up on time for both visits, on the time we had agreed on. They are very professional, and I highly recommend them!!!
