Kelvin was the one plumber who made time out his busy schedule to provide a great service. My wife and I own a duplex in Portsmouth and one of our tenants had a faucet issue that was constantly leaking and required a replacement. Kelvin was professional throughout the whole process and provided updates on his progress with the kitchen faucet. I highly recommend Kelvin as your plumbing specialist!

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

I could hear water leaking from somewhere under our sink. My husband called Roto-Rooter and they sent a plumber to our house within an hour of our call. The plumber worked quickly to locate the problem, and once he did, he explained everything he needed to do in a thorough and clear manner. Once he fixed our pipe, I appreciated how he double and triple checked to make sure everything was working properly. We were very satisfied with his work and professional manner.
