Russell's serviced my two hvac systems 2 months ago and one of the units electronics fried itself the other day. Had a different company come out to look at it and was told that the Russell's technician should have noticed the extreme corrosion inside the panel, however it was obvious the panel had not been opened for some time and we were luck to not have a fire. Never again!

Pros - competitive pricing and very knowledgeable sales and installation process.

Cons - it’s been a few weeks and I’m still waiting on a phone call to have new HVAC system inspected by city. Also I would have like to have known in advanced that the system being installed was recently discontinued by manufacturer.
