Best Water Heater Repairs And Replacement in Chesapeake VA

Steve was great! I asked Premier to help with some plumbing issues identified on the inspection for the sale of my home. The inspector told me there were no drains piped from the hot water heater and the attic HVAC unit as required. Steve found the existing drains and saved me time and money! They could have taken advantage but they did not. I also used Premier over the summer with a leak repair under the house, and they were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. THANKS

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Called them early morning - came out just a few hours later - fixed the septic issue - didn't try to upsell me on anything - nice people - great job!

I had a small leak in my main water line coming into my house so I Called A1 to come and repair It. The man showed up while i was at work to start the repairs and had them done by the time we got home. After the repairs I was left with very weak water pressure, so I called A1 back to come take a look, after about a 5 min walk around and a helpful tip of sometimes its the aerator in your sink that needs to be clean he then told me i would have to pay to troubleshoot the problem that was not there before the leak was fixed. So they tore up my yard charged me 5k to repair and did not restore my pressure, would not recommend.

TBH they were not the first Plumbers/repair specialist that I called, they were the 3rd. But next time 911 Home Repair Specialists will definitely be the top of the list. They got there days before the other 2 contractors that I contacted said they would be available. They kept me informed every step of the way. Their prices were very reasonable and transparent. Anything that was unexpected that was outside of the scope of the estimate I was contacted about before the work was done. All in all I am very happy would use again and would recommend to others. My Tenant was quite happy with the professionalism and the cleanup after the job was done.

Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company

I contacted Cecilia's this morning for a very clogged kitchen sink. They quoted me a very reasonable price, unclogged the drain today, and did not add anything to the price. The technician was very professional and gave advice on how to perform monthly maintenance to keep our drains clog free. Highly recommend.

Today a plumber from this company came to my house to put in a new turn on valve for the toilet. It was a tight squeeze for him he was a big guy. He broke the bolt holding the commode by laying on it and they said I had to pay to have it fixed. He broke it and when you flush water would come from the bottom.
