We had Kelvin come to take a look at our bathroom tub that was leaking through the AC vent in the room below it. He quickly found the problem & fixed it! He also was very easy to schedule with and worked around my busy schedule. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

the seat in the hot water valve in the shower wore out. I called Premier Plumbing and Belinda had a technician to the house in 45 minutes. Stephen had it fixed in less than an hour. Both Belinda and Stephen were personable and professional. Since doing the renovation on our house to now Premier Plumbing is our go to for Plumbing issues.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I had called after hours and left a message of what I believed to be the issue at our church property and I received a call back within an hour and a 2-hr window for the next day. Justin called when he was 25-min away and I met him there. He was communicative and on time. He even said it would be a free estimate. What I thought was the issue, wasn't, but he still spent time helping me figure out what it was. Then made sure to help me find the reason our water bill was climbing at a vacant building. He found it. He fixed it. It was a great cost and he had a great attitude. I truly appreciated his help and would call for any plumbing needs.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

The technician that arrived at my home was extremely knowledgeable, and professional. The technician also provided additional information to ensure the electrical maintenance for my home is on par with the required electrical load. I will definitely use Michael & Son services in for my future maintenance requirements. Overall my experience was superb, and I do hope that my future encounters with Michael & Son technicians will yield the same result, as technician Mr. Jacobs has set the bar quite high.

I gave them a call and got an appointment set up for the next day by a friendly and confident coordinator, who verified my information was correct before ending the call. The technician, Bert, reached out before arriving, giving an ETA and arriving right around that estimate. She was very knowledgeable about the system and went straight to work. She had a great attitude around the work to be done and made sure not to waste time. Bert clearly knew how to get the old, stubborn faucet off, and expertly installed the new one. All around, well done!

This is the first time we used Wright Way Plumbing. We needed a cleanout installed, and were frustrated after calling another plumbing company for over 6 weeks to get a quote. We called Wright Way plumbing and they visited within 2 days of my first call, gave a quote that same day, and we were on the schedule within about 2 weeks- working around Christmas/New Years. William and Dominique did an amazing job. They dug out the flowerbed and carefully removed/put back our plants. They took photos of their work, before burying it and sent to us. We saved hundreds of dollars going with Wright Way, and they were prompt and professional.
