Kelvin was the one plumber who made time out his busy schedule to provide a great service. My wife and I own a duplex in Portsmouth and one of our tenants had a faucet issue that was constantly leaking and required a replacement. Kelvin was professional throughout the whole process and provided updates on his progress with the kitchen faucet. I highly recommend Kelvin as your plumbing specialist!

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Raymond Goodman ant responded to an emergency weekend plumbing call for a broken tub faucet. Told me he would arrive in an hour, which he did. He then promptly took a look at the job and had price quote ready in less than 10 minutes. He was finished with the whole job in under an hour and a half restoring running water in our home and essentially saving the day! His work was professional and on point! Additionally, their pricing was fair and they even applied a military discount! Very happy with the service we received! Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

I contacted Don's Plumbing to replace an old direct vent gas water heater. Don and his partner came out on schedule and got the job done in a timely fashion, which included picking up a new water heater that I personally selected at Home Depot and disposing of the old unit. They always responded quickly whenever I texted or called, had good honest communication, were very professional, and kept the worksite clean. The best part was his price was over $2K less than another company's quote and I doubt that other company could've done a better job!! I highly recommend Don's Plumbing and will undoubtedly use them for all future jobs!

I never leave reviews but this one is necessary. I’ve had several really great experiences using Wright-Way Plumbing. From a bathroom renovation to a significant leak in a pipe to my furnace. They are on time to early, professional, and do a great job! Also, Cudos to Mike! He always takes his shoes off (even though he doesn’t have to) and makes sure I know what he did, why, and what to do in case of an emergency. All of this at a fair price!

One of the big companies tried to get me to agree to pay them $700 to replace a $30 water heater element that would take about an hour or so to do. Beware of big advertising budgets and fancy trucks. You'll pay for them. Rod was very responsive and gave me a fair price for the work done. Keep the small family owned business attitude and you'll continue to get great reviews. Josh was great and got the job done quickly and professionally. Well done all!

Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool
