Best Toilet Leak Repair in Chesapeake VA

I was referred to Mr.Rashad by a Facebook friend because I have a clog in my drain. So I immediately contacted him to see if I could get an appointment and he responded in timely manner. Upon his arrival he took a look at my issue and realized what the problem was. After talking for a few I told him I did have a home warranty but I knew they couldn't get out that day so that's why I contacted him. Instead of him just taking my money and running he told me exactly what was best and to go with my home warranty because it would save me a lot of money. When he said that I knew then he was a honest man and him and his business will go far in life. Even though I never received a service I'll definitely be referring him to anyone I know looking for plumbing services because I know they won't be taken advantage of. Thank you Mr.Rashad for being a good person.

Had a plumbing issue with kitchen sink and laundry room slow drain. Called and was told would be between $200-$275 depending on if they need to access pipes from a drain opening or a connected pipe. They never took of shoes and tracked mud through the house. Made the water overflow in the laundry room. Left the mess. They did clean the pipes to resolve the issue with slow drains but charged 100$ more then told would cost. Will never use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone. Would gladly pay 375$ if quoted that and they didn’t overflow the pipes and track dirt through the house and leave a mess. Not cool.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Justin is unlike any other plumber I’ve ever met. Not that others aren’t any good — Justin just happens to be leaps and bounds better.

He’s incredibly knowledgeable, which is the most important thing to me due to the investment in our house, and the safety & longevity of what he did for us. On top of that, he’s always on time.

With all the work he did for us, he’s a welcome member of the family, to include my daughter and dog. He’s polite, courteous, and very hardworking.

As someone that cares about who comes into our house and how much I spend to do the job right the first time, Justin is your guy. You have nothing to lose, and the potential of having a plumber for life, like we do.

Items he did for us: gas to fireplace, gas to grill, gas to laundry, gas to stove, installed tankless hot water heater, swapped laundry room with bathroom (to include sink, toilet, shower), kitchen sink, double sink in another bathroom, shower, re-routing of toilet piping through another wall, bathtub install, water to new fridge, garbage disposal, and new dryer outlet.

I called 15 companies on a Saturday afternoon and Brown is the only one that answered and he was here within 2 hours. For any septic needs we have in the future, they will always be our first call!!

These guys came out last minute to fix the busted pipe to my water heater gave a great price for the amount of time they were here definitely my go to plumber thanks guys

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Called them in the morning and they did their best to provide service the same day. Techs arrived early and wore masks to help prevent spread of COVID 19. Kendell and Shawn were very courteous and professional. They worked very efficiently to fix the issue and made sure toilet was restored to working condition before leaving. Highly recommend. 10/10 would plumb again.

Austin did remarkable work over a period of two days. First he fixed the leak and then modernized our outdated shut off valves at three locations. He quickly analyzed our situation, communicated the cost and explained options . Austin’s skills and communications ability are outstanding.Austin a week later repaired a shower and did a great job.Roto Rooter is always hours behind with scheduled appointments. The quality of plumbing staff is not matched by the office staff. They need to fix their scheduling problems

Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company

Somewhere behind my kitchen sink in the wall there was a leak. You know that quotes can vary wildly and times for a plumber to even fix the problem are far out. Doug came to give us a quote and he was like a breath of fresh air. He had a solid plan and a reasonable quote. I called the office to schedule expecting to have to wait at least a week but Linda found a slot for us two days away. Doug arrived on time and found pinholing in the pipes that I'm sure would have taken anyone else hours if they found it at all. He didn't have to tear up any walls and was able to fix it all through a tidy hole under my sink. I am very pleased with their services and I would definitely recommend them.
