Best System Inspection in Chesapeake VA

Thanks Premier Plumbing for sending Jared out to my emergency last night and today. My water heater failed in the poolhouse and the ceiling collapsed 😫! But along came Jared to the rescue, he was AMAZING 👏! He was very professional, kind and completed the job as requested. He even solved a mystery problem with my water flow that we have had for over 14 years and no other plumber cared to troubleshoot! We will definitely call Jared for all of our plumbing jobs 😀! The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

We installed a new dishwasher and did not have proper drain fittings. The old piping had rusted with holes. A-1 Sewer & Drain installed new plumbing and fixed the leaks. The service man was polite and knowledgeable, taking a reasonable amount of time to reach a solution to our problems. I would recommend A-1 Sewer & Drain for plumbing problems if you need a problem fixed right.

They have been my goto HVAC company for new systems, maintenance and repairs for primary home and rental property for years. Even after having a working relationship for more than 10 years, I have decided to end the relationship due to how unethical they have acted on their last visit. I have asked them to perform pre-fall maintenance. The technician mentioned that the UV light system installed to kill mold in the duct work failed and needs to be replaced. He offered a replacement system for around $2k. As my uv light system is still under warranty, I told him that I will try to get it fixed under warranty before getting it replaced. I then have to schedule an appointment with the uv manufacturer and pay them to come and perform diagnostics as labor is not covered under warranty. The uv manufacturer after checking the system confirmed that the power supply to the system was disconnected. I am sure that the technician from RSA Tidewater purposefully disconnected the power supply to the UV light system to sell me a replacement system. I was extremely disappointed in RSA of Tidewater for the way they tried to replace a perfectly working system for their business.If they can do this to their most trusted long term client, I can only imagine what they can do to new or first time clients. RSA lost my trust and I will never call them again for any of my future HVAC needs. Please consider you are warned, stay away from this company for your own good and peace of mind.

We called at 8pm when a backup caused sewage water to leak through our kitchen ceiling. Jim M came in about an hour to assess the problem and give us an estimate. He came back promptly the next morning with the necessary equipment and was able to fix the problem and recommend someone to help with the water damage. He was courteous and helpful. This is our second time using Atomic and we would recommend their services.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).
