Job was repair of soil drain vent. Plumbers were skilled and professional. Michael & Sons also handled the roofing impact with a subcontracted roofer which was appreciated.

The plumber (Ray) was extremely professional and went above and beyond during the repair. First he fixed the problem and then he helped put the new washing machine in place. I sincerely appreciate his help and so do my co-workers now that I will have clean clothes for Monday!

We had an emergency on Sunday night, around 7:00 pm. Our upstairs toilet backed up. We called & Mike Brady showed up in about a half hour. He took the time to explain the pricing options for what was needed. It took him about a half hour to fix the toilet. He was very friendly & didn’t mind our dog following him around. We highly recommend Mike Brady & Roto Rooter!

Patrick was very helpful in explaining every step of the repair to me. He came out to diagnose a leak and by the end of the day he had the problem fixed. I did not expect to get a same day repair and was delighted when he informed me that he could be done with all of the work the same day. He also gave me a courtesy call 40 minutes before he came and insured that I was at home. This is a great company with great customer service.
