Provided an outstanding job with my outside water hose facet. Water was everywhere and he came and saved the day!! He has done several jobs for me and I was very pleased with his outstanding job performance and his customer service.

I had called after hours and left a message of what I believed to be the issue at our church property and I received a call back within an hour and a 2-hr window for the next day. Justin called when he was 25-min away and I met him there. He was communicative and on time. He even said it would be a free estimate. What I thought was the issue, wasn't, but he still spent time helping me figure out what it was. Then made sure to help me find the reason our water bill was climbing at a vacant building. He found it. He fixed it. It was a great cost and he had a great attitude. I truly appreciated his help and would call for any plumbing needs.

How can I put into words best service I've ever received!! I'm the type of person that I usually do it myself and do a mediocre job but get the job done.. A friend of mine referred me to Rich Waters Plumbing and Drain to install a washer and dryer and remove the old one that I was struggling to do myself.. Once I callled Rich Waters Plumbing and Drain and explained how important it was to me they did everything possible to fix the problem that same day!! They replaced the washer and dryer and fixed the area better than what it was before.. They even cleaned afterwards and everything was left better than they arrived! They were very professional and it was a great price for the quality of work that they provided. Van came to my home and provided the best service that I ever inticipated on getting.. This company has surpassed my expectations!!

The electrician replaced numerous switches and outlets. The service was fast. I had the choice of standard, decor, or wifi and he worked with me to install my choices. All trash was cleaned before he even stopped to get the payment tablet. Everything looks great. Payment was not due until the end of the job and I said I was satisfied with the work. That is much better than paying ahead of time and finding out there are issues with the job. I also like the choice of home service plans.

Raymond Goodman ant responded to an emergency weekend plumbing call for a broken tub faucet. Told me he would arrive in an hour, which he did. He then promptly took a look at the job and had price quote ready in less than 10 minutes. He was finished with the whole job in under an hour and a half restoring running water in our home and essentially saving the day! His work was professional and on point! Additionally, their pricing was fair and they even applied a military discount! Very happy with the service we received! I had my whole house repiped this summer A1 did an awesome job. My hot water heater went out last week. A1 did another awesome job. They are now my go to for all things plumbing! Give them a call. They are honest and responsive.

Dave is an all around professional and great, local guy to work with. He's recently changed out the anode rod and flushed my hot water heater (builder didn't have the correct rod put in) and installed an additional outdoor spigot all in about 1.5 hours. There was no pressure to purchase anything additional at any step of the way and he had no issues explaining what he was doing for a nosey homeowner like myself. I will absolutely be going with him for any plumbing service that I need in the future.

Technician James Meyerhoff, Jr provided stellar repair service at my residence rebuilding a shower fixture. He was professional, courteous and expeditious. He listened to my concerns, offered intelligent options and far exceeded my expectations while completing the requested work. Needed the inside parts replaced in 3 toilets. Called HouseCall Company and they dispatched 2 very polite technicians who looked at the toilets and then told me they needed to go outside to work up a quote(felt like I was at a car dealership). When they came back in a little while later, they gave me a quote of over $1000. I was in total shock. They tried to explain that they had no control over the quote. When I told them there was no way I would be paying that they then told me I had to pay the dispatch fee. Absolutely ridiculous. If they would have quoted me that price over the phone (which they apparently can't because they do not know what all would be required or more like they need to see what all they can possibly add to the scam) I would not have had them come in the first place. Highly recommend not using this company.

My ac capacitor was out and Hunter came out and fixed it quickly. He explained the whole process, checked for a warranty, and was amazing!
