I called for a possible leak Monday morning and he came to take a look that afternoon. He was thorough in his work, knowledgeable, and professional. Really pleased with the service and highly recommend!

We used Justin based on a recommendation when our toilet was clogged and flooding. He charged a quarter of a price to snake and run the camera down to find the real issue. If need up needing a pipe replaced and the we used Justin for that as well as he gave an amazing price for the work and he did a phenomenal job. Great guy and does even better work, someone who is not out to take advantage of people. He’s the only call you need to make!

Looked up a few plumbers and decided to go with Rich Waters because of his ratings. I called monday morning to arrange an appointment. The day of the appointment, at an hour and a half late to our scheduled appointment I am no longer interested in this plumber. We did not recieve any calls stating that they were running behind. I called at 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, plumber stated he will be there in a half hour. Now it's 1.5 hrs after our appointment, we will call that a no show. I have contact other plumbers.

The Tech Paul McCallum was very professional, courtesy, knowledgeable. He went beyond what he was suppose to do to make sure we had air. He was a blessing we had been without air conditioning for about a month.

I am happy and content with the sevices rendered to my property. I highly recommend the company to everybody whos got issues with your plumbing .you wiil not regret calling this company.

I called A-1 at 1000 this morning, technician Mike arrived at 1200. In 2.5 hours he installed three water shutoff valves and flex hoses for two toilets and a sink, and also rebuilt and reinstalled two 70 year old toilets. The original 70 year old brass flushing valves on both toilets were corroded solid to the tank, but Mike worked with care, and was able to remove both, saving my original-to-the-house, color coordinated 1955 porcelain toilets. I was thrilled, thought it couldn't be done without breaking the porcelain. He also had to saw-off one corroded bolt. Mike worked efficiently and clearly is an expert in his field. Thank you, Mike!!

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

From the service tech, comfort advisor to the install team they were professional the entire time. Explained all my possible options with all the possible price points. They won my trust and have answered all our questions and bent over backwards to help us with some issues! They are my HVAC company for life!

Outstanding company. They saved me thousands of dollars on a commercial HVAC solution, and now they are my Go-To people. After multiple quotes for a large system from other vendors, they came in, offered a cheaper solution, that was far more efficient. Other Commercial HVAC contractors gave me the impression of being unsure of what would be needed, but Dean came in, knew exactly what was required, offered multiple solutions, and executed my choice within days. Reinaldo F. was our plumber from Roto-Rooter in Newport News; he did a good job of evaluating our situation and fixing a leaking pipe under the house once he got to the house. Roto-Rooter was unable to send someone the day I called, but offered to come the next day. I was happy with his estimate and service.

AB Parker & Son is an upstanding and ethical family business that is owned locally and is in its third generation. I personally have met the 1st Parker and have had a long standing relationship with the son and grandson. They are honorable and ethical and have always gone above and beyond to ensure the job is done right.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂
