Best Slow Drains in Chesapeake VA

I very seldom ever give comments or reviews on companies I deal with. However, I need to make an exception. When my tankless water heater failed me, I called A-1 Sewer And Drain. From both the receptionist ( Jessica) and the technician (Nick), I received the most professional, prompt and courteous service ever. Should I need the kind of services they provide again, I will be definitely be calling this company.

My husband and I reached out to 757 Seven Cities Plumbing for an unknown water leak in our up stairs bathtub. Spoke to Shawn filled him in with what little info we knew and he came out the same day. He came in assessed everything and within 5 minutes found the problem, and had it fixed within an hour. We were so happy and relieved. He was very professional and explained the whole repair process. Also, I can almost guarantee no one could have beat his price. Very, very reasonable and affordable. We will 100% be calling Shawn for any of our future plumbing needs.

Called about a plumbing issue Saturday morning and he said they would come by on Monday. Told me to text him all the info and they would call about 45 minutes prior. I did not hear anything from them at all and never showed up. There are plenty of plumbers out there and so I would not waste your time with this company. This is very unprofessional in my opinion and I could of called someone else to take care of the problem instead of waiting around for you to call.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

Garnet came out and was very determined to unclog the drain. He used two devices to finally get the job done. He had excellent customer service. I would definitely use this company again.
