Please avoid dealing with this plumbing company at all cost, they are contracted by Pproperty management Associates (PMA) to deal with plumbing isssues at our Condominium and Premier Plumbing is dishonest, fraudulent and staffed with rude and unprofessional people who will do anything to extort money from customers. They will sabotage your plumbings while working for you so that new issues will come up just so that they could be called to fix and make more money. They will also show up late, take breaks in between the work so that their work will continue late pass the normal hours so that they could charge you after hours work. This is fraud and unethical, I am filing complaints with the BBB, and other state and federal agencies.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

On time and great work and rates

The tech was early and fixed our sewage backup problem quickly and effectively. The phone customer service was very pleasant as well when I called to schedule an appointment. I got another quote $500 more with another company. I’m so glad we found a reliable company for our home needs that don’t rip people off. Will definitely give them our service in the future. He was Friendly and Professional and he was a Wealth of knowledge in knowing about my system which is a Geo-Thermal heating and cooling system. I will definitely be calling on Marvin again to service my system. I cannot say enough about this man! Because my A/C system needed two different types of servicing, Marvin even pointed me in the right direction as to what

Precision was professional and prompt. Robert also gave us some good advise in response to our questions on issues other than the problem faucet.

We have had 2 issues with our air-conditioner in the last 3 months both different issues.We were given great service within a short period of time, with courteous repair men. They took pictures of the problem, gave us a fair estimate and fixed the problems both times. We knew what had to be repaired and that is what they did. Shawn and Dustin were so professional. They came out to our facility to change a sewage ejection pump and did an outstanding job all while getting rained on!! Definitely recommend Norfolk plumbing. These guys really are the best.
