Best Residential Repairs in Chesapeake VA

Had a plumbing issue with kitchen sink and laundry room slow drain. Called and was told would be between $200-$275 depending on if they need to access pipes from a drain opening or a connected pipe. They never took of shoes and tracked mud through the house. Made the water overflow in the laundry room. Left the mess. They did clean the pipes to resolve the issue with slow drains but charged 100$ more then told would cost. Will never use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone. Would gladly pay 375$ if quoted that and they didn’t overflow the pipes and track dirt through the house and leave a mess. Not cool.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Jacob came out as we wanted our Septic system inspected and evaluated. He was super helpful and also educational in what he was doing. This left me feeling more reassured and happy with everything.

They emptied the tank and left me with cleaning solutions to maintain it.

Super happy and will be using them again. Highly recommended and all round superstars!

This is the first time we used Wright Way Plumbing. We needed a cleanout installed, and were frustrated after calling another plumbing company for over 6 weeks to get a quote. We called Wright Way plumbing and they visited within 2 days of my first call, gave a quote that same day, and we were on the schedule within about 2 weeks- working around Christmas/New Years. William and Dominique did an amazing job. They dug out the flowerbed and carefully removed/put back our plants. They took photos of their work, before burying it and sent to us. We saved hundreds of dollars going with Wright Way, and they were prompt and professional.

RS came the same day that I called when no other company I called would schedule a appointment. Service techs were very courteous and clean and did the job in a timely matter got my air conditioning back up and running in no time.

Rodney and his team are EXCELLENT! They’ve been to my house twice for issues and this last time worked overtime to get everything fixed I would recommend them over and over again!

Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company

I have found plumbers for life in Coast Plumbing! As long as I live in the Norfolk area I will call Coast for anything I need. We knew we needed our main sewer line replaced from the house to the street and got many estimates. Not only was Coast fairly priced, but they recognized the urgency of our fix and were able to begin work very quickly. Tim and Doug are such friendly guys who take the time to explain what they’re doing, which made me feel so much better about such a big project. Coast Plumbing is an all-around great company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs the job done well!

We had our tankless water heater replaced with an electric tank water heater and Kevin an absolutely phenomenal job. He called us multiple times to update us regarding the job progress, and he performed the installation flawlessly. We will absolutely use this business again for future plumbing issues.

Tony and his son came and replaced my hot water heater. Pointing out the last person who installed my last hot water heater had done a couple of things that didn't meet code. He installed new water heater and install other items that were wrong correctly without additional cost. Very honest and professional.
