We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Had an emergency at our business and the septic needed to be pumped. Called and they said they could pump that same day and would call when they had a truck available. In less than a half hour I received a call that a truck would arrive within the hour. It did and the gentleman was very professional and explained his service and did a professional and clean job. He also educated me on the septic tank we are using. I highly recommend this company!

I chose A1 to reroute a burst hot water pipe and they ran a new line through the attic for me. The tech forgot to install a new valve behind the shower per the instructions but the company came to correct it within a couple of days which I appreciated. They also replaced a few other valves for me on the second visit at my request.There is no longer a leak but I am knocking down my review a star is because of the number of push fittings used in the installation. I have been told that those types of fittings are not as reliable as traditional fittings and should not be used inside walls.

They used a Carrier system which has great reviews, opened up my intake to help with the flow, and installed the heat pump out back within a couple of hours. We hired 911 Home Repair Specialists to renovate our half-bathroom that had extensive water damage from a leaking toilet. They did an excellent job. We were impressed how the company removed and hauled away the toilet, vanity, floor, and other items. Also, they provided the plumbers and contractors for the repairs (i.e., plasters, painters, and electricians) to do the work which made it seamless and easy for us because we did not have to hire these contractors. They were on time to our home and were very efficient in keeping the work area clean. We plan to use them again for our other bathroom renovations and repairs. Unreliable/unprofessional owners and employees. They installed my water heater wrong!! The city failed it! Then didn't reschedule after they canceled their appointment to come back and fix it! The city issued fines had been giving them notices for over a month!! Do your self a favor and hire a real company with professionals. The city will have to come and inspect and they wouldn't recommend these guys!

We had a major leak from our second floor shower, ended up cutting the ceiling to see what was the root cause of the issue, realized it wasn’t going to be an easy fix, called around for estimates. We saw Mr. Rooter had a great deal on Yelp for a first time savings. Once they gave us a quote in person, we saw it was pretty high compared to everyone in the area, but we really needed it to be done. They were willing to fix it on the spot. Regardless of the price, we had plumber Zane who was very kind and professional. He walked us through the whole process and made it very stress free. The customer service was above our expectation and that for itself was worth the price. Highly recommended strictly because of customer service and being on the spot and ready to fix. If you call, we recommend you ask for Zane!

Paul Lanthorn and Jason Cornett and Josh installed a fantastic multi-zone new plumbing system in our renovated 200-year old home in July-Sep 2019.
