Professional man came to my home early on a Sunday morning for a nasty emergency. Very respectful wanted me to know everything he needed/is gonna perform for the emergency situation. Great company. Thank you.

Please avoid dealing with this plumbing company at all cost, they are contracted by Pproperty management Associates (PMA) to deal with plumbing isssues at our Condominium and Premier Plumbing is dishonest, fraudulent and staffed with rude and unprofessional people who will do anything to extort money from customers. They will sabotage your plumbings while working for you so that new issues will come up just so that they could be called to fix and make more money. They will also show up late, take breaks in between the work so that their work will continue late pass the normal hours so that they could charge you after hours work. This is fraud and unethical, I am filing complaints with the BBB, and other state and federal agencies.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Called them early morning - came out just a few hours later - fixed the septic issue - didn't try to upsell me on anything - nice people - great job!

Did not do a good job, then tried to charge us more

Incredibly thankful to A1, Brandon and his co-worker. We had the misfortune of my fiancées engagement ring fall into our toilet while it was flushing (worst place at the worst time). Brandon came out the same day earlier then scheduled to have a look, he put a camera down the pipe and thankfully was able to find it. They gave fantastic suggestions to retrieve it and with a little elbow grease we were able to recover it. They were super professional, personable and worked quickly to try to find it. Again, very thankful and hope you choose to use them for any plumbing issues you have.

Unreliable/unprofessional owners and employees. They installed my water heater wrong!! The city failed it! Then didn't reschedule after they canceled their appointment to come back and fix it! The city issued fines had been giving them notices for over a month!! Do your self a favor and hire a real company with professionals. The city will have to come and inspect and they wouldn't recommend these guys!

What great services! Had an emergency leak in my bathroom and had to turn off the water to the house, which devastated me a bit. Called Mr. Rooter first thing in the morning and was able to get someone even with their busy schedule. Samuel Bailie conducted himself in a professional matter and an expert when it came to his profession. Very informative and respectful to my property, would definitely recommend him and Mr. Rooter!

Lanthorn Plumbing came to the rescue to fix a leak in my home today. They were nothing but professional, helpful, and answered any and all questions I had. They also solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them over and over again.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).
