Had a plumbing issue with kitchen sink and laundry room slow drain. Called and was told would be between $200-$275 depending on if they need to access pipes from a drain opening or a connected pipe. They never took of shoes and tracked mud through the house. Made the water overflow in the laundry room. Left the mess. They did clean the pipes to resolve the issue with slow drains but charged 100$ more then told would cost. Will never use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone. Would gladly pay 375$ if quoted that and they didn’t overflow the pipes and track dirt through the house and leave a mess. Not cool.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Excellent Service, Plumber Randon kept me updated on arrival time, estimate/assessment and the outcome. He sent the invoice, along with invoice details and pictures as this was a landlord/ tenant repair. I will definitely use them again. Along with the follow-up recommemdations.

I can't say how thankful and wonderful Mr. Martin and his colleague were this evening! They were very quick to respond to my problem, addressed my issue with quickness and had my a/c back up and running in no time! I would high recommend him to anyone with any issue they fix. check this company it in YELP before. they have TERRIBLE reviews.if i could possibly give them a 0 star, i would.they are scammers!!! they were attempting to charge me $600 for a blower motor that 1 isn't $600 to begin with and also i have WARRANTY which covers the parts. had i not called Goodman i wouldn't have known Tom was trying to scam me out of my money.i tried to speak to managers about the issue and even request the price breakdown of labor and such and was told i wouldnt be able to get that.it then turns out that the price they were charging me was NOT the actually price. i called back as a different individual asking about the same service and was quoted a different amount.they are the worst company i have ever worked with. id never want anyone of such nature to be in my home! they knew we wouldn't be able to pay the outrageous amount and knew they'd pocket the $89!i will be writing the BBB in regards to this terrible company!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I was referred to 911 for a hose bib out back not working. Josh came by and determined pretty quickly it wasn’t the bib, but the shut off valve which he had a heck of a time finding. A quick job turned into making another appointment due to my shut off valve having been cut by the previous owners for some curious reason. Come the day for Josh to come fix it, he’s tied up in another job most of the day, but the home office is keeping in touch with me throughout the day, letting me know it’ll be a later arrival and why which is worth it’s weight for me. I can’t stand being left in the dark on matters involving arrivals. That’s half the reason why I track my packages like a hawk. The professionalism is superb, I’ll be telling everyone to use 911 plumbing.

Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company

They responded very quickly to an emergency call on a Saturday that same day. After a short explanation of the problem both technicians quickly identified the problem and fixed it with minimal disruption, saving us both time and money. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We just had our water heater fixed by Jason a senior technician at Lanthorn. He was great, very knowledgeable and professional he diagnosed our problem and fixed it very fast. awesome service. I highly recommend this company.

Overall a good experience. The installers are very efficient and seemed to do a really good job. They earned a five star review. Salesman explained everything and was very knowledgeable if a little pushy. Would use them again.
