Have been using them for years prices keep seeming to creep past the area avg. Have backed down to only using them in an emergency

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

Horrible. Just horrible. I’m very upset and if this less than two year old unit was not under warranty by them then I would just call someone else. At this point the warranty might not even matter and it just might be cheaper to hire someone else

Technician had good communication with when they would arrive. They were professional and knowledgeable about my issue. They explained what to expect when they were done with my service call in regards to parts that had to be ordered.

Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool

They came out February 23 to fix a leaky toilet, the plumber disconnected it and left it, saying we need a new toilet. It is now March 8 and we still have no toilet, despite numerous phone calls and promises that they'll be out with a new toilet tomorrow.

Needed two new units to replace old HVAC systems and Smith & Keene were great in doing estimate with options and had the best price for value. Also got them to install mini-split ductless new HVAC unit for room-over-garage which now allows us much better control and efficiency. Installers were fantastic: very professional and knowledgeable and worked without breaks over 3 days to complete install in some very cramped and hot spaces. Even added a wireless thermostat ! I couldn't be more pleased with the service and quality.

We had a main line backup and found Tony's company to help clear out our lines. We have not had to call a plumber in a while, so we were anxious as we heard plumbing problems can be expensive. Tony was great and he has a great sense of humor which is especially nice when dealing with this mess lol. He was professional, knowledgeable, on time and gave us a great price. Highly recommended!
