Great Service. They came out on an emergency call (burst pipe) around 1am, then started work the next day. They worked around my schedule and the other companies (restoration and drywall) to get the pipe repaired and installed a new water heater. The work was completed by the end of the week. The techs were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you!

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Dylan from R. S. Andrews came out and adjusted dampers (that he previously installed) and helped us solve the imbalance of cooling in our home. He checked all the ventilation system and ensured it worked correctly. He is always a professional and a very enjoyable person to talk with. Excellent service as always!!

We had a major leak from our second floor shower, ended up cutting the ceiling to see what was the root cause of the issue, realized it wasn’t going to be an easy fix, called around for estimates. We saw Mr. Rooter had a great deal on Yelp for a first time savings. Once they gave us a quote in person, we saw it was pretty high compared to everyone in the area, but we really needed it to be done. They were willing to fix it on the spot. Regardless of the price, we had plumber Zane who was very kind and professional. He walked us through the whole process and made it very stress free. The customer service was above our expectation and that for itself was worth the price. Highly recommended strictly because of customer service and being on the spot and ready to fix. If you call, we recommend you ask for Zane!

He was Friendly and Professional and he was a Wealth of knowledge in knowing about my system which is a Geo-Thermal heating and cooling system. I will definitely be calling on Marvin again to service my system. I cannot say enough about this man! Because my A/C system needed two different types of servicing, Marvin even pointed me in the right direction as to what
