Best Repair HVAC in Chesapeake VA

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

The plumber, Drew, was earlier than the scheduled time and called beforehand to ask if that would be OK. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He had our bathroom sink pipe replaced quickly, even with having to cut an access panel and was kind about the noise he was making doing so with a skittish parrot in the same room. He also helped us with another project we have been meaning to get a quote on that we have now scheduled. Overall, superior quality work and as pleasant of an experience you can have while getting unexpected repairs done.

These gentlemen are the best around hands down. They have come to my home and gone above and beyond to fix the problems caused by another company. They came at odd hours and in the rain and never complained or lost the smiles on their faces. This company has fantastic customer service, are incredibly reliable and knowledgeable, and are reasonably priced.
They are the only company I will ever use again.

Very unhappy with them. They came out and gave me an estimate and instead of telling me how to fix anything they just tried to sell me a new unit when it was a simple fix. Waste of money.

The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable about the gas pack that I have. Setting up an appointment was very easy, they came out within a reasonable amount of time. They are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

After another company cancelled my appointment for today, I was left with no heat. They quoted me for the next day which was as soon as anyone I called could get out. They had a cancellation and came day of immediately. Super nice guy, great company, would highly recommend. I've never had a boiler or radiators before, he walked my husband thru the process and helped with some other random little things. I will for sure be using them again!
