Called A1 at almost 11pm due to my toilets and bathtubs being clogged as a result of the sewer mainline being backed up. Chris B was at my residence a little after 12am and was able to resolve the issue in no time. He also educated me on best practices for the line and for upkeep moving forward. David is the best! He answered the call, told me when he would be here and showed up on time. Had the leaky faucet replaced and repaired in no time and on a Saturday but didn’t even charge weekend rates. He’s a good guy and does what he says he’s going to do. You can’t ask for any better than David. Give him a call. You won’t be disappointed!

I hired this company in November/December 2021 to install a hand washing sink which is still not finish as of today 2/16/2021. In the span of 3 months and 4 appointments. The 3 appointments they showed up and started working, they would make excuse in the middle of the job to go get needed materials, but they wouldn't come back to finish the job. The 4th appointment, they didn't show up at all.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. Save yourself time, frustration, and headaches and use a better company out there.

I appreciate that Jim, made time for me in his busy scheduled after only speaking with him on Wednesday he scheduled me for a Friday appointment. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived with the time frame he gave me. He was courteous and polite. The problem he thought, I was having with the toilet was correct. He identified the problem told me about it and went to work He had to repair the flange in the toilet stool and I saw it was a messy job. He showed me the problem and explained the reason for it and fixed it. He secured the toilet and the toilet seat and give me a flushing tip. He left no mess, he cleaned behind himself. He also, gave me so helpful information about my hot water heater when I asked him. He comes highly recommended
