Went and purchased the part needed and returned the same day and made the repair. No issues with the shower since his repair. Will definitely keep him in our contacts for future repairs.

the seat in the hot water valve in the shower wore out. I called Premier Plumbing and Belinda had a technician to the house in 45 minutes. Stephen had it fixed in less than an hour. Both Belinda and Stephen were personable and professional. Since doing the renovation on our house to now Premier Plumbing is our go to for Plumbing issues.

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

Yesterday, I discovered that my shower drain was responsible for the water seeping under the vinyl flooring in my bathroom, causing black mold to form. I have a mold allergy, so I sucked it up anyway & tore up the flooring last night. After bleaching the foundation floor & searching for the leak, I didn't know what to do next. I had to work today & unfortunately couldn't get help till after 5pm on a Saturday. I called around to several places & no one was available/willing to fix the leak tonight, especially on a holiday weekend. Van picked up the phone & came out last minute to help fix this minor, yet very inconvenient issue, before I had to leave to go out of town. He was in high spirits & kept me laughing the whole time. It was a great experience with Zach Martin, he took his time and did the job right. The clogged sink had been seen by another plumbing company and they told me the sink can't be fixed without tearing out walls. Zach completed the job in 45 minutes. He left the bathroom clean and showed before and after pics. Great job.

I hired Don to do a remove and replace on my water heater. He showed up a few minutes early and knocked it out in about 90 minutes. Friendly and professional. They even broke down and cut up the box that the new water heater came in and put it in my recycling bin, and hauled the old one to the curb for me. Highly recommended. Don's my new go-to plumber!
