In the process of selling our house, a home inspection was conducted.
We asked for verification that our Rinnai tankless water heater was installed properly, as questioned on the home inspection, which we provided to Premier. The initial report, costing $180, said the Rinnai was installed properly & we spent at least 2 weeks going back & forth with the buyer who insisted we correct the issue. Then premier issued a 2nd inspection report stating that the Rinnai was NOT properly installed. This was very frustrating for all concerned, causing us unnecessary stress and a delayed closing on the sale of our house. Therefore we feel we should be reimbursed the inspection fee of $180.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Justin is an excellent plumber that is trustworthy, kind, and on-time. I had a burst water heater in my attic and someone referred him to me. Probably the most honest man I've worked with in home repair and should be a first choice when getting work done. He explained all my options and what costs would look like for them. 6/5 stars!

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

The response after we called to have gas line moved during our renovation was very quick. Work was done very quickly. The work needed to be inspected. It was during this inspection we learned of a small gas leak. Totally unrelated to the work Michael and Sons had done for us. Technician Jesse came back and worked until the leak was found. He followed through until all was back as it should be. Could not be happier with Jesse’s prompt response and informative manner he explained things to us. Highly recommend their services.

I recently had a repair done, I called this company and received same day service.

I am so very grateful for their service to their customers. I was informed by property management team no one could assist until a week. This was not acceptable to me as a renter. As a renter I did the job the property management team should have done. Little background, I was down to only (1) water source which was the kitchen only. If I used any other water source it came back up in the downstairs bathroom. Was advised by property management team wait, take bird baths.

As a renter of this property for 10+ years, not acceptable.
The rental monies have never been late. Their attitude to this day is just pay your rent and we don't care about the conditions of the property.
I was in the business works for 20+ years, and this is definitely not how you handle issues.

We had an emergency and I called them first thing this morning and they had a technician here within 2 hours when another highly reputable business was three days away...Mike was extremely professional and they were very mindful of the time since they charge by the half hour..prices were extremely cheap, I would have paid double what we were charged. After recently purchasing a home, we were having some issues with our AC not keeping up. After 2 diagnostic visits, we were told a piece of our duct work needed to be reattached/repaired. They were able to get us an appointment to have it repaired the next day. Both technicians were honest and very friendly. It was a bit pricey (we were told it’s a flat rate for any duct work done up to 25ft) even as an “elite member”, but we’re confident the work was done correctly and professionally. The technicians were great!

My service call with Wayne was great! He unclogged my kitchen sink and I am using Roto-Rooter again!
