Best Plumbing Replacement in Chesapeake VA

Premier Plumbing is awesome ! I live in an apartment and management called them because my water heater had flooded most of the apartment. They came exactly when the property manager said they would be here. Drew was the tech that came. He was awesome ! He was kind, caring, and when the water extraction company came he took control of the situation and had them remove the water in certain areas first. I'm a senior citizen and he helped me out so much with this process. He removed my washer and dryer with care and even put them on cardboard since he had to put them on my carpet and he hooked up the new water heater with little or no mess. If he is representative off the company, well it is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Beginning with our initial contact with James S., who came in and listened to our wants in a new AC unit and then the installation of the unit by Marcus and Elmer, everything was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for nicer or more professional individuals. Great job, Guys! We highly recommend Michael and Sons.

2 stars because the technician was super cool, but the service was so basic for emergency services. We waited 2 1/2 hours for him to do the same thing my husband was doing for the previous 4 hours just snaking the toilet to remove what my 3 yr old flushed into the toilet. As professionals of the service provided we expected slightly more for $299 per hour for 18 minutes of service. Maybe our expectations were too high only to have to pay out yet another to go above and beyond at a fraction of the cost.Spoke to management and they really took our concerns seriously. I appreciate a business that does there best to meet the customers need and they did just that. 4 stars now because the second plumber was quick, efficient and cool as well. After collaboration with the issue we agreed on a quick resolve and the toilet was replaced. Thanks A-1 for your professionalism and quick response, we are pleased with the replacement toilet install.

RS Andrews of Tidewater sold me a 3 1/2 ton AC unit (an upgrade from my ancient 3 ton unit). I had a couple of issues with the system until this dude Chris came by and uprighted the ship! This gentleman knew just what to do to satisfy this old retiree…he fixed everything with a 😊! Thanks RS, for sending Chris our way this morning. Instead of cursing the Heat of the hottest day this year, we are chilling out in this pleasant atmosphere. Thanks again Chris!

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).
